“We stopped in a few weekends ago just to look and ended up having the absolute best experience purchasing an engagement ring. Ashley helped us that day and she was an absolute joy to work with. She explained all of our options and was patient as we tried rings on and made our choice. She helped us through the financing options and even spoke with the onsite jeweler in order to have our ring ready for pickup the same day! Then the final above and beyond moment was when we walked back into the store to pick up the ring and she presented it to us on a flower bouquet! It was our anniversary weekend and Ashley, along with the rest of the Jared employees, made it one that we won’t forget!”

“To say that I'm thrilled is an understatement! Andy and the team at Marthaler have now designed several custom pieces for me. The first being these two beautiful bands, they took my vision and made it an amazing reality. After 27 years of marriage I wanted to make use of my husband's gold wedding band and my original wedding band. My husband has switched to silicone rings so I asked Marthaler to use the gold to make a ring for me and they did it and did it so perfectly. They are now fixing the prongs on my engagement ring and making another custom ring and I cannot wait to see the results! Their design process is great and they will print a 3D print for you so you can see it before it's done. They are also wonderful people, I highly recommend visiting their showroom.”

You can certainly tell the pay scale is based off commission, which hey, it’s a valid business strategy, and seems to be working for them! I just have to really make sure I’m in the right mindset when I go in or I get overwhelmed quickly.”

“I took my six year old daughter to get her ears pierced and the manager Nicole did the piercing. After the first ear was pierced my daughter flipped out and absolutely refused to get her second ear pierced. Nicole was SO patient and sweet but also firm, together we talked to her and persuaded her. After more than an hour my daughter gave in and Nicole got the job done so quickly my daughter didn’t even have time to blink. So thankful that she was there and was so patient and understanding with us. Thanks Nicole, highly recommend this store for piercing and beautiful accessories!”
