I had the best experience at Doug Henry Chevrolet GMC in FarmVille. I had a 2021 and was upgrading to a 2024. I was greeted by Brandy and she made the entire process so easy. Brandy showed me what was available and did not pressure me at all. Not long after, we were doing the paperwork and I was in and out in just a couple of hours. Have been buying vehicles here for a long time. The finance manager has been there for a long time and is great guy to work with. Our paperwork is always ready when we get there and we never have to spend hours in the store. We Know this dealership and love the service.

Beware purchased a car and can tell the car has a huge transmission issues and hoping it will last however I was not offered a test drive before the purchase looking back the salesman was just desperate to make dollar vs. taking care of the customer

The salesman and sales manager at Doug Henry were a pleasure to do business with. I want to share the experience that I had today when I called the Farmville dealership with an issue with the radio on my new 1500 truck. The gentleman listened to my issue and the first thing that he said was that I should consider buying an extended warranty. Not what I wanted to hear. He then asked where do you live. I said Greenville. He said that I should take the truck to Phelps or Brown Wood to get the repair done since it was more convenient for me. Also, not what I wanted to hear. Very disappointed with this customer service call today. I hope this is not a reflection of all the management at Doug Henry locations.

I've been a Doug Henry customer for 3 or 4 vehicles and a number of years but I will no longer be a customer. I was approached by the Service lady and she had an attitude that's not appropriate to have with a paying customer. I guess she did it because she knew that she could!

0/10 customer service. Across the board rude customer service from sales associates, receptionists, to management. Never buy a vehicle from any of their dealerships. They are all crooked and a bunch of liars. Worst experience ever!

Excellent customer service! Drove almost 2 hours to Farmville to purchase a new GMC Sierra. Pablo and Kevin and the entire staff were very professional. I would highly recommend you consider them if you’re in the market for a vehicle. This was my first experience with Doug Henry but I can say without a doubt they exceeded my expectations!

Soooo... I made a deal on a C6 convertible from Doug Henry Chevy in Farmville, NC. Paperwork signed, deposit given, insurance and shipping arranged. The salesman texts me yesterday that the deal is off and that the owner, Doug Henry, had sold the vehicle without anyone's knowledge.This morning, I see the car still for sale on FB Marketplace and "Tyler" states that they well sell it to me for $4000 higher than I made the deal for.Unscrupulous business practice, will report them to the NC Attorney General's Office.BEWARE of this dealership!!

I called for the first time service on my car. I was very pleased with the response I got from Jackson. I bought my car from Kinston, had been trying for a week to get someone to set something up with me to service my car. They never felt the need to return my call until several days later. So thanks so much for your customer service, it was so much appreciated. You will have my business from now on. Thanks again.
