“Make sure you do business at the Farmville Auto Pro Branch and not Snow hill! Bill (manager) of Farmville has gone above and beyond to try and help us out on a LEMON purchased at the Auto Pro in SNOW HILL. He did his best to get the owner to do right by us on a $3000 car paid in full at no avail. After getting it home, the car never made it more than 5 miles before we, and a child, were sitting in the middle of the street holding up traffic...STRANDED! The vehicle requires another $2700 to fix it and the manager still won't even take a phone call from us to discuss it! The temporary tag didn't even get to see the city!! HEARTLESS AUTO PRO OWNER IN SNOW HILL..it should be illegal to sell a car that doesn't run after being driven off the lot. In addition, a seller that won't even consider conversating with you to possibly come to a solution and at least meet you half way? What a disgrace...BEWARE OF SNOW HILL!”
