Had to wait 8 days for an order online they give me an window time of 11am -3pm .... They show up 2 hours later when I'm not home without a calling saying they running late I call the store and they say I got to reschedule and it's going to take another 5 days.... No communication at all smh

Purchased a refrigerator, it broke, Aaron's sent a loaner until my refrigerator was fixed. The was delivered twice after being "fixed." First time a delivery was attempted, the refrigerator was infested with roaches. Didn't make it inside my house. The second delivery attempt, the refrigerator was inside my house when we found roaches inside. I made them remove the refrigerator and give back the loaner. But it was to late. Roaches got it! This location gave me roaches!!!! Won't use this location again.

Is it customary to hang up on your customers when it is brought to their attention of a service call appt they forgot to put in the book? Waited a week for service only to be told I have to wait another week. And the manager is the person who scheduled it. You got to do better

After I finish paying on my items, I will not be leasing anything else from Aaron’s or maybe this location nor the Spring Lake locations in particular. These 2 locations have to be the most harassing Aaron’s crews I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. You would think they would provide their customers a grace period before spamming us with calls up to 5 times everyday until a payment is made. I know some customers are dishonest and steal from you all. However, I am not one of those people. My payments might be late but I am always sure to pay y’all when I have it. Calling 5 times a day will not make me have the payment any quicker. I live paycheck to paycheck just like you guys do.

At first I was glad to work with them. But as time has gone by I’ve been lied to and disappointed by customer service staff member“Joy” along by some of the other employees.I’ve been paying on a 55 “ TV.I’ve started having issues with it. I called the store got hung up on several times,been put on hold for over 10 minutes,etc. I was promised today that I’d have a new 55” TV brought out to my house between 4-7pm. At 6:00 I called and was told that the driver was running late due to weather. I called yet again and was promised again that I’d have my TV by closing today. The store hours are 10-9 Still no TV. 10:28 pm!!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Paid cash for washer and dryer. Delivery bought it over and told us we need to go to lowes and buy exhaust vent. When it was part of the set up. Then bring receipt back to them. Unprofessional!

I have been a customer for over 10years. Everytime i remodel or change my home. If I could give 0 I would. This store has worse communications and horrible service. I always try to communicate in person but information never gets to the right ppl. The so call account manager Crystal lied that my account was over 30 days past dueAdmitted she was wrong after, I already paid my account but she file papers in court for me to payout the entire account and the amount was over 3000 dollars which there in again was wrong after she lied. The manager is even worse lied and said it was a corporate thing. I called corporate no response. Hope Mills store is the worseI would not do business here again

Been a customer to about a year and a half. I’ve never missed a payment. But this one time I made a double payment they sent someone out to my house telling me to make my payment. I consider myself a good customer and have never missed a payment or anything. Just wondering why send someone out to a customer who’s always on time?

Even though i saw some bad reviews , they were because of previous coworkers. Amanda was very helpful and found the washer and dryers I was looking for and they will be delivered on Monday. This was my 1st time dealing with Aaron's and looking to doing business with them in the future months

I went there 5 days ago to get a bedroom set and livingroom set. I was pre approved already. The lady said she would call me in a couple of hours because she had to get a mattress off the truck for my order. She never called me. I called back about 5 hours later, another lady answered and said the other lady was still working it and she would get her to call me right back. She never called. I have called for 4 days straight. Always being told that they will have her call me right back. Still havent been able to talk to the lady. I am a new customer trying to make a purchase. I guess they dont want my business. I even called the 1 800 number. Was on hold for 10 minutes, then someone finally answered and hung up on me. Its ridiculous. Bad business.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My mother has been trying to get in contact with a woman we saw in the store 4 days ago, we’ve called three days in a row and every-time they say the same thing “we’ll have her call you” she still hasn’t been in contact with us. This is bad business. If you don’t have the product we’re looking for then just say that, don’t make a customer wait days for a response.

Rudest staff I ever seen. Dude literally was off the clock for 4 hours and didn't notice even notice, goes to show how much this people pay attention. Lady kept telling me things that weren't true, one minute they have it next minute they don't, does not care about anyone but their commission. At the end of it , I didn't even want to talk to them anymore, just told them to keep it. Not worth the headache dealing with children that weren't raised properly.

Everybody’s acts like they are lost how ever I sign a lease contract left the store for everything was approved 2 hours later I was told they are not able to deliver the product poor customer service took 2 hours to sign the agreement ‘ store manager is very unprofessional
