Definitely a hit and miss with this location or maybe Aaron's period......
My payment failed to go through because it was on the wrong card, and I was receiving a call literally 30 minutes later to handle the payment.
But when my product was delivered to me last month damaged I was told that the manager would contact me about it, but I have YET to get that call.
But hey, money on products!!!! Let's go Aaron's!!!

Called for info and female was rude and hung up before I finished my conversation never mind AARONS! Il give my money to a company that has better customer service ??

Customer service rep had a I don't care attitude and wouldn't honor the on-line sale price and was very dismissive I will not be returning to this location I'd give no stars if possible.

Tyler was the best! He greeted my mom and I at the door and was very polite and informative the entire visit. I love that he informed us of all the options we had for renting as far as what was cheaper and what was a little pricey. Keep up the great hospitality!

Filled out my application online and no sooner then I clicked off the site I received a call from Tyler. Omg he had me set up and confident about my purchase. Iam so pleased. Bragged about the service I received and sent both of my sons to the store. Thank you so much Tyler and staff!!

Got a washer and dryer set from them good price, but when they installed the washer and dryer the drum on the dryer wouldn’t spin. We didn’t find that out until after we tried drying clothes in it. We were told that they wouldn’t be able to fix the dryer at the house which was expected but then got told that we will have to wait for a new dryer to be installed within 2 days minimum. Maybe make sure the washer and dryer works before sending it out the door next time. Thanks for the wet clothes
