Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My experience with this company hasn’t been a good one. During my first appointment, the staff seemed to be overbooked because they forgot I was in the office; I was only there for x-rays & a treatment plan. After getting my treatment plan and scheduling my hygiene appointment I was told I could pay the balance or half towards the upcoming appointment, I assumed it was the standard policy. The treatment plan included reseating a crown. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am on 11/29/23, I arrived early and after a chaotic check-in was asked if I could come back at 2:30pm or 3:30pm. I advised the representative that it wasn't possible because I was headed back to work. We agreed on 2:30pm for 11/30/23 instead. The appointment today was speedy. After getting back to my office I realized that my bite wasn't in alignment so I called the office back to express my concerns and was advised that "once it's cemented there's nothing more that can be done." It would've taken two seconds for the dentist to have ensured it would be in proper alignment BEFORE cementing it! I canceled my upcoming hygiene appointment and requested a refund. I was not valued as a patient nor was my time respected in addition to my added discomfort of not being able to chew on the left side of my mouth at all! The ladies that work in the office are friendly but based on the overall customer service experience, I will NEVER go back to this office!

My dentist and dentist assistant was one of the best ever, especially after I had a traumatic experience with previous dentist. Great experience day, best Dentist and assistant ever. I hope that they be around for a long , I don't want no one but this Dentist works on my teeth. I wants everyone to experience this amazing experience with this Dentist and her hygienist. Great work and two great people that works great together. Thank yall guys for the great service ?

Everyone was amazing and they gave me hope for better. Even the financial portion was good. Dental care can be expensive, but they made it possible for me to be able to fix my tooth that has been bothering me for the past 3 years

Greeting staff/receptionist who checked me in was very nice! The X-ray technician was friendly, accurate and timely. The Dentist who provided me with her dental recommendations was amazing and very knowledgeable! Very long wait to obtain cost/insurance responsibility. When finally meeting with the biller, she had no bedside manners, rushed and did not provide options for self paying. I have a CIGNA DHMO plan, it would have been nice to have insurance checked before the visit, instead of being told at the very end of the visit, that the dentist was no longer accepting patients with the DHMO plan. I was provided an out of network estimate instead. Disappointed customer and will not be returning.

Aspens of Fayetteville in North CarolinaFirst thing is i Rarely gives reviews.Second I rarely give 4+ Stars reviews.But for Aspens absolutely 5 StarsFirst from the second I walk in the front door and being greeted by the receptionist with a genuine smile to the Doctors. Everyone is passionate and sincere in helping me.Then lastly to Christian.M in Financing to helping in giving all my options to choose from.She made this possible for me to get this and I am grateful.I can only say if you need dental work done,Consider them as an option for you.The best part the consultation is free.They do X-rays and etc no charge to you.Lastly I am not affiliated with them in anyway and my review is from my experience with them . I only write this review to spread the word to consider them as an option for you.Best RegardsMark Rush

I really enjoyed my visit and check up at this dental office. The staff were very professional and helpful with making sure that I received the best care. They all worked around my work schedule to ensure that I made it to work on time. If you are in need of dental care, please take a chance and enjoy this dental office professional staff.

I am very scared of the dentist it's almost like Halloween Jason chasing you type of thing. I have never in my life felt so comfortable there Aspen dental on skibo Road beautiful people beautiful dentist. The lady that cleaned my teeth the hygienist beautiful girl love her facial expressions and everything I would recommend you guys. They work with me the whole entire time.Billing, Aflac, everything great people thanks team. So comfortable and so it is you guys are the best they didn't treat me as if my teeth were that bad and they are but thanks so much.

18 Sept 2023 at 8am called to get new liner, left message, 945am call to inform office I was on my way to office, as I had no response from previous phone call, was told I would have to make an appointment, this was not except able as I wasn’t able to eat anything solid, was told I needed an appointment again. Asked to speak with person in charge, was told I was. I had to almost argue with staff to resolve problem.Tech took me in at approximately 1155 . Tech was very professional and courteous! Fix issue and told me to call if any problems occurred.

Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The dentist was excellent. I’ve been to 3 different dentist offices and spoken to several dentists, however this was the first time the dentist went over my options and explained everything.

I paid 780 dollars for a deep cleaning and was a total rip off. They did half my mouth in one visit which only lasted ten minutes.A deep cleaning consists of a scraping tool to get under your gums to clean out bacteria, that was never done . I cancelled the next visit and asked for refund. The owner would only give me back 150 dollars which I refused.

Went a couple of years ago and got all four wisdoms pulled at one time. I repeatedly asked for stronger meds they gave ibuprofen and told me to take Tylenol with it.. Was in pain for days on top of days. Every now and then I would have some discomfort: So I finally got the courage to finish my dental work just through a dental office. And guess what they had to go back in there and pull out the rest of two of the wisdom teeth. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE… I HAVE PROOF. I paid you all for services which were poorly provided and now I just paid several hundred dollars again for same procedure. I tried to callThe office and no one answered so I decided to leave my review here.

Honestly if I could give this place 0 starts i would. My experience with this company hasn’t been a good one. I can never get someone at the office to answer the phone and if I leave a voicemail they call back 5+ days later. There was a last minute switch up so I had a different doctors who ended up being the owner of the office. He was rude to me. Didn’t greet me or say anything when I told him Good morning. He didn’t give me any out patient instructions or make me feel taken cared of. Obviously he must be at the point where he has been doing this for so long that he doesn’t care. I asked questions before hand about my wisdom teeth removal and he could’ve have been bothered to answer my questions. Walked out the room and all. Like I was nothing or nobody. He treated me like I was nothing more than a test subject. The ladies that work in the office are friendly but I don’t feel as though his customer service is good enough to to even be a representation of this company.thankfully the young lady in the room was sympathetic and kept a my nerves down. But he needs to be fired! Also having complications after my operation and can’t get in contact with anyone to assist me. I won’t be returning.

STOP!.... If your making a appointment DO NOT use this location...Poor front desk service..(at the Fayetteville Office Location). You call Aspen main line for a appointment.. I have Cigna DHMO (which they "accept",) per website and Cigna list...So my crown was loose and needed it recemented. called at 10am and they scheduled me for 3pm same day....After arriving the front desk person said "we just got your information" ... Then she stepped in the back and came back out and said "they did not have availability" (funny they advertise they take walk-ins ) then she said "we tried to call you"..again funny cause they "just got info but then had tried to call me although I had no missed calls (and she stated correct #) I do not think she likes her job as not friendly at all.. So set a appointment for next day 10 am... Next day I arrive and then was informed they had a maximum # of Cigna patients they take and had maxed out how many they take in a year...Really?, why would this not be addressed in previous interaction, a phone call, anything!! That could have been checked when I came in the first time ..The night before my appointment I looked them up and saw THIS location had multiple negative request on BBB website... Gave me a eery feeling but went ahead due to they took my insurance and now had a gap where my crown was...when they explained they would not due to a max limit they confirmed what I was worried about...They didn't offer any assistance , such as pay out of pocket or their other office, not even a apology, wow, what a waste of time...meanwhile I wasted 2 days trying to fix my now missing tooth...Hope the dentist wises up on the poor service their front end provides, she is the first person everyone sees.*** Note skip this office if they are In your network and go to the Southern Pines location, well worth the drive. They are owned by the same dentist. However the front desk (and everyone there, are awesome at SP LOCATION)I didn't get past front desk at this location So rating just based on appointment issues, front desk and apparently whoever does insurance check .... IF from the get go I had not driven 2x to this office only to be denied service for 2 different reasons. (I had a broken ankle and just had my cast removed, and still unable to put weight on it, so extremely difficult to make unnecessary trips.) then this would have not been such a bad review or at least a review at all.

I have sat here and started and stopped my review. However, I am offended by the lack of response from Aspen. I have called 8 times to make an appointment for a chipped front tooth and to check another tooth. Iwent as far as to call the new patient number. Left a msessage and today made call number 9. If they no longer want to provide dental service to me I am OK...JUST SAY THAT.I assume they are upset because i had to call to report a lack of follow through from the business. Last minute appointment cancelations, rude ,people. confusing billing.Sad how a business can treat people so BAD and they think they will be sucessful. I am a child of GOD. I am a VETERAN. NOT a door mat.I did not ask for free service.I did not ask for a discount.I asked to be treated with respect.I asked for my time to be valued.I asked for WHAT I PAID FOR.
