I was unhappy with the service and was not helped being that I was military and from out of state. I came in expecting to upgrade wifi and nothing could be done to help.

Walked into the store. Nobody greeted me. Two employees watched as I looked around the store clueless. When I asked if I needed to check in, nobody answered me. I took a seat at a table and then looked up the answers to my questions since nobody wanted to help me. After 30 mins, someone finally was like do you need help? I said finally, yes. All I needed to do was drop off a phone… they then proceeded to help other people who walked in much later than me. When I questioned why I wasn’t being helped, they said oh I forgot… But continued to help the other customers first. I left. Worst customer service.

I went into this store. Never was greeted by anyone. Someone else came into the store and was automatically serviced. I’m left to look blindly on my own and search my questions up online. Still no one asked to help me. It wasn’t until I started walking to leave that someone said “how are you doing ma’am?” My only response was that I had been there for 20 minutes. This isn’t the first time I’ve had bad customer service from this store and was ignored. Find another AT&T to go to. This is not the one.

Had AT&T for 5 + years after my visit to the Ramsy store in Fayetteville nc I would recommend them for a position as dog catching. Very dishonest people ! STAY AWAY

I don't know how the store manager still has his job I applied hear my application pass background spoke to a recruiter all I needed was to have a in person interview I kept getting the run around he not there he's on lunch when really he's hiding washing his cars he avoids customers to according to other reviews I've seen and nasty when he has to speak to someone and due his actual job even though I never had the interview if I didn't show up my application never would have been entertained at all very unprofessional poor customer service and management don't like your job just leave

I went on the store hoping to upgrade my phone. I was greeted by a gentleman who was nice and
informed me that they were short staffed and someone would be with me soon, okay great no issue. Then another guy comes up to me & asks how can he help, then when I tell him, and his attitude just turns negative. He starts naming prices which I had no issue with, and telling me what I wanted to do “makes no sense.” His tone and demeanor was very rude and I was not pleased so I did leave. I will try another store next week but I really do hope the store works on their customer service skills.

The person that helped me didn't know a thing but instead of just telling me that.. Gave me incorrect information of which I knew better than & had to ask for his boss. His boss finally got me squared away by adding a line, new phone and porting my old number to the new phone.. but the most important thing to know is always, what you DON'T KNOW! I would've much rather he been honest and just told me that! Instead, he got argumentative & told me that "in order to port a number to a new phone from an old phone, both devices had to be with me in the store!" That's news to me! Think I'll stick to online ordering in the future!

Josiah was a one man show. With numerous customers in the store, most employees retreated to the back room, to include the one that greeted us. However, Josiah bounced around to everyone and greeted new customers as they entered the store. We appreciate him after being abandoned by our original greeter. Literally never saw the guy that greeted us after he told me he would be right back and we were in the store for 30 minutes.

My Boyfriend ordered a iPhone 16 Pro Max a month ago, per Jaylen customer service representative at the store on Ramsey St. Told him, his phone would be in the store for pick up in 1 week. After a week he went to the store and then found out the phone was on back order 🤦🏽♀️ here it is a month later and still no phone. No type of incentive or anything. Terrible terrible customer service.

I do not know how much money AT&T makes on additional adds to your wireless account. I purchased a Pixel 8 Pro 512Gb from Google, but AT&T put me on a finance contract. The tech said it was a Google G1. G1 came out in 2008. Wish cell phones did last 17 years and keeps on working. Tell me I also have a S23 Samsung, DUH it is a S22. Go figure!!!!

Mr. Derek Simmons store manager!
I need someone from AT&T or from this store to get in contact with me what happened to me at this location is unacceptable.. I can’t believe employees in this location add services and products without client’s authorization.
Adding services and products to clients account without their permission is fraud.
If you ask for the manager the workers will tell you he is busy with something because manager doesn’t want to face client issue but you can find him behind the store in the parking lot spraying armorall to his car tires.
Mr Derek I did not approve Mr. Duene to add another line to my plan, I knew at first when he asked me if I had friends who wanted to buy new phones his intention on helping was 0 he was more interesting of selling products, also I got to the store around 6pm and he basically mentioned the store close at 8pm and solve my issue will take long. He told me to come back again but of course I was not planning coming to this store until I found in my phone plan another phone line was added to me on 06/27/2024 plus a Isim card was ordered at 10:34pm same day don’t know how because I went to the store around 6pm and the store after 8pm is closed.
I requested to speak with you Mr. Derek and you refused to have a conversation with me, when I left the store you were not busy except for being outside behind the store Wiping and spraying your cars tires.
I came back to the store trying again to speak with you MR Derek when I received an email where notified me a phone number was not longer associated with my plan, MR DEREK you removed old line that I already had instead the new one that Mr. DUENE added on my plan without my concern, permission or authorization.
Mr. Derek instead apologizes to the customers because the situation the client is facing at his store, Mr Derek Simmons calls the police to scare the clients and ask them to leave the store without get their issues fixed.
Thank you Mr Derek Simmons for not fixing the issues that started with Mr Duene and you made it worse.

Jalen and Angel were both an absolute pleasure to work with and made the visit enjoyable. Very smart and well knowledged in the products at the store. Very friendly! We have worked with Jalen several times in the past and we always go back to this location because of him. This time I also had the pleasure of working with Angel as well. Very helpful and a great attitude! We look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

My daughter had issues with her iPhone not receiving text messages and pictures, and without service unless she was on Wi-Fi. She had done all the requirements for it to work, but it didn't. Eventually, it started working.
