Tanya is the best manager i ever dealt with this Badcock and i think they should not only keep her but give her a PHAT raise. From cliffdale to ramsey st. thank god she's where ever because this is one person i never had to complain about. I can talk to her and after im done know that whatever needs to happen is going to happen. every issue ive had she took care of it the first time she spoke to me, that is excellence at its finest and since this whole tip thing is out of control she deserves Tips. She has great work ethic and has empathy unlike the ones before. I only deal with the store where she works at.

Badcock Furniture of Ramsey Street is the ideal place to shop for great quality and prices. Management and staff know how to treat customers, and do not follow close behind or show up randomly to pressure them into buying. I so much love the availability of the kiosks, which enable further shopping to suit one's taste. There is no doubt, I will be returning and telling others about this amazing store!

These ppl has the Poorest Customer Service Skills Ever they don’t have an answer to Simple Questions & when you ask to speak to management She’s Always at the Bank No matter what time of the day you call nobody is knowledgeable enough to operate the computer nor the phone Lines & BadCock will make you believe that you will get a Call back but that’s a lie and Please don’t Say yal Are Busy with other Clients because the store is Always Empty they like to play around with ppl credit as Well one minute its 60 days hold next it’s 30 days let’s Go BadCock let’s do Better the whole Ramsey street team need to be trained on Retail and Customer Service Skills along with How to Operate a Computer and so forth The Fact that the Manager Shauna is Sooo Clueless and doesn’t know how to Look up accounts and navigate through the computer system is Very bothering especially when She tries her Best to act as if she knows the company and the company policies when She Doesn’t have a Damn Clue

NEGATIVE 1000 stars! PLEASE READ!! I know it's long but you need to see how they handle their customers. Pictures below!! I had to use my mother's account just so I could write a review I am so angry. Do not shop here for ANYTHING! I purchased a living room set and bunk beds. I love the living room set but the literal headache I have from this bunk bed purchase! I wish I could go back and leave everything there. I was working with Kendrick who is actually nice but was absolutely no help. The bunk bed and living set was delivered same day. Bunk bed was damaged and they had to take it back and I was promised it would be delivered the following week. The delivery drivers NEVER came and when I called they LIED and said they came to my house (I live in an apartment) and there was loud music playing. Which was another lie. Kendrick stated they probably didn't know how to assemble the bunk bed so they didn't want to deliver it I then had to wait another week for it to be delivered only for the delivery men to be given poor instructions. The assembly picture was completed faded and they were told to go on YouTube. I refused because my kids are sleeping on this bed get the proper instructions. One of their delivery drivers used the kids bathroom and clogged it to the point maintenance had to be called smh But before this I contacted badcock corporate to let them know I no longer wanted the bunk beds (I was well within the 7 days they give you to change your mind) they said they would escalate the issue and give them time. I called corporate once or twice a week to be told it's still in escalation. Badcock finally sent delivery drivers who I thought knew how to assemble the bunk bed THREE weeks after the initial delivery date. They STILL did not assemble it correctly I didn't realize this until I had to go buy mattresses after Kendrick said I could pick up the mattresses I ordered from them that Friday after they assembled it but you guessed it he never ordered them. When we tried to put the mattress in they would not fit as you can see below. They put the boards in incorrectly and they are bent. I contacted the store finally got an answer back from corporate and all they are offering me is to fix it. Absolutely NOT!! I do not want this in my place at all. I was dissatisfied by the 7 days and made it known and they still won't honor that. Their manager said it's been months. Yes because y'all have been dragging y'all feet not me! I have contacted the the better business bureau and the finance company. But I've lost hope. I would love to take them to small claims court but at this point I just want my kids to have a safe space to sleep so I will disassemble myself put the pieces in storage and buy them beds. Please keep your money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This is the worst sales experience I've ever had in my life. All I wanted was the furniture gone but they are too lazy to take it apart and come get it after the countless mistakes THEY made!!

My daughter had a chest delivered to her home. Two guys came out one ask to use the restroom when she took him down stairs the heavy set Indian guys was left up stairs in her room and he stole her Jewelry. Now this sorry manger saying pretty much it’s nothing he can do. He might be right but those two guys n this sorry company will be hearing from someone.

Never again will I use this furniture store. They lacked communication and service on all levels. I had a delivery date set for the 19 February. Never heard from them. Call them they tell me it has to be pushed back to 3 March. Comes and goes…I call them. Our bad we have to push it back another week. Finally they show up only to have it not properly fitted. Have to order the part that’s missing. Call them again when they said they’d have it They hadn’t even seen the reorder for what ever reason. Finally they call me to set up a delivery date and time window. Time window comes and goes. Call the store, we’re short handed it’ll be delivered before 7. Delivery guy shows up. I want to make this part clear. I’m not upset with the delivery drivers. Each time I called the store to find out status. They were short handed, I get it. Nobody wants to work. They were very polite and apologetic. So he fixes the part and has me take a look. It’s not complete. Where’s the trundle I ordered? It’s not on his list. Call the store. Our bad, that wasn’t properly communicated. They have it they just didn’t have it on the order for whatever reason. I don’t care about the excuses or whose to blame. I just want what I ordered and paid for. My head is about to explode with how many times I’ve had to call the store to find out what’s going on and the time wasted sitting and waiting for them to show up and not even having what I ordered. Having to clear out the room to get this furniture put together. Piss poor service.
