Coming to Banfield is like, why haven't I done this sooner. Nala will be on a health plan that includes getting her dental done. I am so impressed. I just hope she gets the same care in NC as she received in Utah.

Staff needs to be trained to let people who call for estimates know that an appointment is necessary

My 3 year old cat died under their care last May. Within 2 weeks of taking my cat to Banfield and getting her started on asthma medication she dropped dead. At her check up appointment I notified them that my cat was panting (a medical emergency in asthmatic cats). I was not allowed to go inside with my cat due to covid protocols, even though no employees were even wearing masks. I got a phone call 30 minutes later that my cat was dead. I was told by a vet assistant that they had placed my cat (in her carrier) directly on top of a large barking dog in a cage. That would have terrified and panicked my cat even more, when she was already in respiratory distress! Banfield made very negligent choices regarding my cat and her asthma condition. If they would have treated her panting as an emergency situation and given her immediate medical intervention, she would still be alive today. The wellness plan is a scam too. I have spent the past year making monthly payments for a deceased cat. When I tried to cancel the plan after my cat died, I was given "apologies" but told the contract is still binding regardless of my cat dying under Banfields care. It's so wrong and heartless. I will never bring a pet to any Banfield ever again after my horrible experience. Rest in peace, Maddie. I miss you every day my sweet fur baby.

Staff was friendly despite of. Maybe it was just one of those days, maybe not. There were other customers being seen that stated it's not the first time. The lack of organization left me weary of my puppy's care.

WOW can we give a negative 5 star!!! The manager of this location is the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever come in contact with. Her name is Joy and there is absolutely NO joy in this lady. We I walked into the lobby with my pet she was sitting at front desk and didn't even acknowledge I was there. After 5 minutes I asked was she gonna check me in and she said no that's not my job. She got up and walked away from desk. Someone came from the back and helped. As I was in a room, I over heard Joy yelling at one of the vet techs and was so rude. This woman is no manager. She treats clients and staff like dirt!!!

I got response to my last post to contact them by email...For what ??? My dog was sick, so I still have time on my program and I'm sitting in their lot with my sick dog and their response was you have to have an appointment. I said thank you and went to another vet like before, problem solved. Before my last post, I went to make an appointment with Banfield at the end of May and they had no availability till the end of June. Now I have no confidence in Banfield what so ever. Pay and go for what, to make an appointment, nope just disappointment.

Have been using them for the past 9 years. Their service is great and they have always been on time. They take care of three of my dogs and get physicals, shots, dental and all general care. The dogs love the drop off spa day and get so excited to see the vet!

The doctor did not give me the corrected diagnosis about my dog. However, the assistant informed me of all that was going on with my baby. She was more helpful than the doctor. Also they didn't answer all of the questions I asked them to check on . Banfield was a little expensive but if you have insurance on your pet it's not so bad.

Banfield just charged me over $100 to close the account of my dog who died last month. This company is all the dollars and don't care about your pets! If I could I would have put negative stats! Would never use or recommend Banfield to anyone who cares about their pets!

I used the Banfield for years, fixed payment fee, and 2 minutes from my house and opened on Saturday and early drop off and leave during the weekday it was soo convenient. I have to take my 2 dogs at the same time otherwise my SA dog tears up the house, so there shots are (ok should be) always due at the same time. After 3x of disputing why their vaccines were not in sinq I will be counting the months that my contract is over. Its sad as the staff are all nice, but It concerns me when a) I am paying a monthly service and getting more or less of what I pay for, having to make extra trips because my dogs get off schedule on shots, and/or My dogs are being overdosed or underdosed. We do a lot of camping and have had their rabies shot out of sync, their Lyme shot out of sync, which to me is important.
