10 people in line and the bank teller wants me to look up my business checking account rather than just look it up. So I stand there trying to log into my business checking on my phone which I never do and it takes another 5 minutes and I fail because I never log into it on my phone. Finally she says ok I’ll look it up and it takes her 20 seconds. So she would rather stand there and punish me and everyone in line because I don’t have my business checking card. Except if I had it then I would have just used the atm so that’s the whole reason I’m in line. Thanks for the waste of time and guilt trip because you’re lazy. I don’t need this from a bank.

If you are Hispanic, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION... Since they will serve you poorly, the employees are not authorized to speak Spanish and they cannot serve you only because they assume that because you are Hispanic, you are known, oh friend of that Person... Racism at its finest...

Every time I go into Bank of America on Village Dr they don’t have working drive thrus even though online it says they do….today the lady told me the drive thru windows haven’t been open in years!!! The line inside is always out the front door and only 1 teller working at the windows….they always have more available but they’re ALWAYS busy doing something else rather than helping customers at the window! Every time I go thru the atm one of the atms is down…..one actually ate my card and my deposit and it took aver 10 days for a response and for me to get my money back! I am very very disappointed…..still deciding if I want to take all my money out, close my accounts and go somewhere else!! Ridiculous!!!! So frustrating!!

I decided to visit this branch despite the low rating but was pleasantly surprised by the service! While there was only one teller and a little line, the wait was not bad and every other staff member was helping a customer. The staff was very nice and helpful and they were able to help me with two of my concerns effectively and respectfully. I’d visit again.

My Daddy has account with Bank of American Im not sure how long he’s had the account but He just now got a statement saying he has 216.00 in the account and they are taking $12.00 service fees! I brought him to North Carolina from Florida 4 months ago so they have taken 12.00 every month and he forgot about the account, there know telling how much more money they have taken from him. Is this how Banks make there money now taking a from older people that can’t remember things?

I visited this branch Village Drive despite all the poor reviews but to my surprise I experienced the opposite, excellent customer service from the time I entered the bank till the process of opening the new account completed. Mr Kim (financial center manager) and Ms Latia Cater (Associate) have done the great job assisting me and answering my endless questions especially as a newbie with foreign passport holder I opened the account and apply for credit card with ease. Ms Carter also returned my call when I needed some clarification. I'm very happy banking with this branch

I was promised half of a deposit next day and the rest Friday, today is the next day…I have important stuff to take care of and no funds available … Any BOA branch I go into the tellers are rude and misleading after Friday I will close my account and never return

They have one teller and no drive thru. There were 6 other employees at the bank and not a single one went to help the 1 teller, even though the line was outside the door. I understand if they are understaffed, but there were plenty of employees available. I have been waiting in line for 30 minutes already and I’m still only second in line.
