I called several times to find out why the check I deposited two business days ago hasn't posted. When someone finally answered my call, they hung up me as explained what I called about. I called back again and the person picked up the call and immediately hung up the phone before I could speak. I was not rude or yelling while I explained my reason for my call.

I don't know what happened to my account with Bank of America
They will not tell me why they closed my account
But basically they got my SSI check as being
Put on hold and I cannot even access my check to pay my rent to get food and prescription medications
They will not even allow me to get money for my SSI check to pay my rent
The rather have me be evicted and not be able to get my prescription medications and also to get food right now I'm doing without food
And also prescriptions medications
They don't care if I end up on the streets tomorrow
They don't care if I'm going without food and I am a diabetic
They don't care if I end up dead or not

I love how, as a business account holder, I am not allowed to use the drive through and am told to use the "business client' line inside the bank...then, a significant portion of the time you go inside and the "business client" line is closed. Super awesome.

If I can give this bank a negative star they will definitely get it.
Very short staff. My wife and I waited over three hours, yet we had an appointment. Other clients comes in with business issues they was able to get them in before us. Clients that showed up after us. We went to the branch specifically due to the bank specialist that open our business acc made an error while opening our business bank acc. My self personally I would definitely recommended this branch a few years back, after we’ve had such a terrible experienced I would not recommend this branch to other customers for any and every other services provided.
Also, this review is not made out of anger simply out of disappointment.

In the past my experience was very pleasant but the representative staff they have now treats me like I'm not a customer and give me the run around when I needed to open a IRA.I have banked with BOA for years and I wonder what happened to customer service and not being talked down to and treated like a afterthought.

I feel the way bank of america works in this area is really bad! today I went to close my Investment Account and open another Business Account, to stand in line to be served for almost 20 minutes and before that I told them that I need to close one account first then open another and they told me to wait about forty five minutes and again I asked if it was definitely forty five minutes because if it was over an hour I couldn’t wait because I was busy with work! But they said it would be done and after I sat there waiting for over an hour and 10 minutes!!! when I went inside to work they said they couldn’t do the job of closing one of my accounts they could only open one for me but I told them at first I needed to close one account before I opened another and finally sat there waiting for over an hour and 30 minutes they said sorry I can’t do it! They said I’ll give you the phone number so you can call and do it yourself! I asked what I came for! What can the bank do for me? What a waste of time it has been in the banking area here!!!!!
And I feel disrespected by their words and the way they perceive me.Hopefully one day in the future the staff working here will work better and more professionally And treat customers better.

This does not reflect on the hard working tellers. This bank is incredibly short staffed, waited in line multiple occasions for the wait to exceed 30 minutes. The line in the lobby is snaked around the stairs. My time is worth something and I should not have to waste it in line because a greedy corporation wont allocate additional funds for staff. Do better!
Edited: I went by this morning for a change order and was met with quite the sarcastic attitude. I have never needed an account number. It seemed like i was inconveniencing the teller, i even gave her my id as always. Then they got snarky and said “we told the lady last time she would need an account number”. Ma’m with all due respect there is not a female that brings change orders for our companies. Im seriously considering switching our accounts at this point. Not only are the lines lengthy, the tellers for the most part are snarky as hell. I and ever Else as a customer that get charged relentless fees do deserve much better!!!!!

The fact that they only have one teller operating and the line is to the door. There should be a teller at every window when it's this busy.

Nice and well maintained place excluding their restroom. The attempt at assisting clients with a portable system is clever but limited on what it can accomplished. During the weekend when I thought it is more busy (it is), is when they decide to have the minimum manning to support clients where long lines become the norm and you can spend close to 15-20 minutes waiting to be served (drive through and interior services). Looks do not always mean great service.

Id give it zero stars if it allowed me to.Went into the bank trying to get something resolved, spent almost an hour waiting only to end up having to come back in 2 days later because i wasnt notified that i would be charged to resolved the problem.The waiting time is ridiculous, the customer service is horrible and the resolution apparently comes with more problems that need resolving. Take your chances with a different bank. Dont come here.

Always long lines inside and at the drive through, very unpleasant bank to visit no matter the day or time it’s always a long wait, management doesn’t seem to care or be trying to do anything to change this problem
