Nice and well maintained place excluding their restroom. The attempt at assisting clients with a portable system is clever but limited on what it can accomplished. During the weekend when I thought it is more busy (it is), is when they decide to have the minimum manning to support clients where long lines become the norm and you can spend close to 15-20 minutes waiting to be served (drive through and interior services). Looks do not always mean great service.

Id give it zero stars if it allowed me to.Went into the bank trying to get something resolved, spent almost an hour waiting only to end up having to come back in 2 days later because i wasnt notified that i would be charged to resolved the problem.The waiting time is ridiculous, the customer service is horrible and the resolution apparently comes with more problems that need resolving. Take your chances with a different bank. Dont come here.

Always long lines inside and at the drive through, very unpleasant bank to visit no matter the day or time it’s always a long wait, management doesn’t seem to care or be trying to do anything to change this problem

Generally, customer service is horrible. I have experienced decent service on occasions, but mostly, service is horrible to the point I am strongly considering closing all my accounts with BoA. This branch need to get better organized or simply close. At this point it adds no values, other than location.

Probably the fastest and most pleasant I've had a large withdrawal be. It was also immaculately clean and the clerks were friendly.

Scammers! Bank of America should be shut down they will close your account with out notice and hold your funds and will not try to help you get it back/ bank with anyone else not this company

The fact that they only have one teller operating and the line is to the door. There should be a teller at every window when it's this busy.

Terrible 10 people in line and 1 teller working. Business line teller is literally blowing bubbles with no customers.....manager is walking around joking with other employees who aren't helping anyone.

They NEVER answer the phone!!! The time we went in there to speak to someone (couple days ago). The guy in the first office on left when you walk in was falling asleep as he was talking to us. When he was typing stuff on the computer he fell asleep in mid type. I felt bad but that's unprofessional.
