Barnes & Noble is a neat and welcoming store with a lovely selection of children's books and a great variety overall. Choices are updated frequently, often with sales on hardcovers. The in-store Starbucks cafe adds to the atmosphere, offering good coffee, snacks, and sweets, served by cheerful staff. The employees are consistently friendly, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing excellent and professional customer service. While the store is generally a good experience, it can sometimes be understaffed on the floor. A noted issue is that some parents can be disrespectful by letting children block aisles or make messes.

I love B&N the staff is always helpful and friendly, it's always neat and clean! The updated rewards program ricks as well!! The fact that it has a cafe ...coffee and books it's a win win for me!
