I’m very disappointed with the integrity this place showed me when I called a couple of days ago. I called about a battery for my 2013 Key. I asked how much the battery would cost and I was told 350.00. The employee told me the key would have to be programmed after the battery was put in. I asked if he could make sure they had the correct battery before I came all the way to the store before I came and he said yes they have two of those. I prayed and was lead to call another business Rudy’s that I’ve done business with in the past that was reasonable. When I called them they told me it would only be $10.00. I said how much for the reprogramming? They said it doesn’t have to be reprogrammed. So batteries plus was going to charge me 350.00 for something that cost me only 10.00!!! I’m outraged!!! They have no integrity!! They probably have done this to other people!!! I will not do business with them ever!!!???

Stopped by purchased a battery for my SUV and asked for installation. Although the computer stated not to install and Justin did let me know he was a computer guy not a mechanic … he jumped in to assist and make things happen ….. I appreciate the extra mile you were willing to go Justin thank you

Locksmiths were trying to charge me $120 just to cut my key. I already had a blank and I could program it myself. Batteries plus cut it for about $20. All the staff were polite professional and friendly. Thanks!

It's the day after New Year's 2023, and I enjoyed a memorable shopping experience at Store #173. The employees were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They promptly installed batteries for my handicapped scooter, and they even took them out to the car for me. Not only will I shop at Store #173 again, but I highly recommend them to any other persons in need of batteries and supplies.

This place is so amazing. I love the convenience and friendly staff. Front row parking without hassle is nice too! I buy all of my batteries here as well as my flash lights AND my key fob batteries. You can join their lifetime battery program for key fobs and they always replace them! I brought in a specialty lamp today looking for a bulb. They searched the whole store for a bulb to fit! Both of the employees were trying to figure it out! They even got out a magnifying glass to read the lamp. They found me a bulb and made sure it was the proper one even though they didn’t even sell it! How amazing! I love this place!!
