“Friendly helpful and clear about repairs. Decided not to do repairs this time, but I'll be back. Definitely appreciated that they were open until 6:00 p.m. instead of 5:00 p.m.”

“Incredible customer service. I only write reviews when there is conviction behind my sentiments. Great place. Consider them because they will consider you. I mean it.”

“This is a fantastic family-owned bike shop, and they’ve earned my business over the years. I purchased both my road bike and trail bike from them, and I continue to buy all of my cycling equipment and gear through the shop. The customer service is always excellent, and what I appreciate most is that they’re knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely interested in helping you make the right choice and not just making a sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a bike, gear, service, or simply a group of trustworthy professionals who know cycling.”
