My family and I went in to do an upgrade and get my daughter her first phone. I personally Was not looking forward to it because it is so time consuming. Breanna made this experience so incredibly smooth for us. Extremely personable, and informative. She voluntarily provided security information about our phones that we were absolutely not aware of. Even our toddler had no issues waiting during the transaction. Which did not take as long as we expected because of her proficiency and professionalism.

AFTER I paid for a phone, case, and service the salesperson stated it would take 24-48 hours to port my number and they wanted to keep phone I just purchased for this time period. I was a walk in customer for a reason because my current phone was malfunctioning and I needed it replaced ASAP. I requested a refund and the salesperson stated the port was cancelled. Got refund and woke up to dead phone because port was not cancelled. Years ago I have found Boost to be a waste of time and nothing has changed.

One salesperson is rather ridiculous considering the few Boost Moblie store locations left in the area. Be prepared to stand in line for a while waiting to be seen. Would have been kinda a win, win situation, if we purchased what we came in to buy. But after all that time, we were told the item requested wasn't in stock....so yeah, not the greatest shopping experience. Will need a new service provider moving forward.

When I went In to do an upgrade there were two people working the counter. One I believe was from another store and was training for that store. She's the one who helped me set up my phone. They were very friendly and knowledgeable however it took quite some time for my phone to get set up. I still would recommend going to this location. Overall I had a pleasant experience.

The young lady in this store really made my switch from metro an awesome experience I was having so much trouble getting my account number and transfer pin from metro but she stepped right in and helped me definitely will recommend this location. I think her name was Taliya
