Came here to use my boot voucher I received from my new job to get some work boots. This place has a lot more items than I expected. I had researched exactly what I wanted before heading to the store to pick up what I wanted. They have a very robust selection of boots for any occasion and a lot of nice western wear outfits as well. Very friendly staff and a well put together store and location. I'll definitely come back in and possibly browse some of the clothing next time around.

First pair of cowboy boots for dancing and the customer service was fantastic, she asked questions that I didn’t know were important. The boots fit fantastic and gave me the extra slide I wanted for dancing.

I went in that store 3 times and spent my money this week.And not one time anyone greeted me.The manager walked passed me twice never looked my way are ask can I help you.Purchased boots on yesterday.The young white girl ask me do I need a bag for my boots 👀 when I got to the checkout.Really of course I do why would I carry my boots in my hands.And then she notices that look and gave her a you gots jokes look today huh?she says oh I thought you was going to put them on as a joke.very rude.Thinking about taking my items I purchased back and taking my money elsewhere that make you feel welcome.very rude.
