I like the bank but if you need to do business or pay a bill via phone call the chance of reaching someone is a nightmare because if your bill is due and you can't drive to the bank for various reasons you will probably have late payments credit problems and that going to go against your credit I don't understand how a bank expects their members to communicate with them with 90% there no one to answer their phones

We have used this credit Union for years but recently it seems no one will answer the phone at any of the branches. This is a huge drop in the amazing customer service we have been use to. Hopefully they figure it out or we will move our business elsewhere.

If I could give them zero stars I would . I’m not even a member and went to open a account then was told I could pre-qualify for a loan. But the loan officer was so condescending and rude she pulled my credit without my permission or consent resulting in a hard inquiry. Avoid this bank at all costs. Then the manager called and basically said “oh well there’s nothing we can do about” while over talking me and saying pre-approval means a hard inquiry.

I've been a member since the time it was located in the basement, at the FasinateU Museum. I've Never had an issue with My Credit Union. Great place to do business. I miss Harriet though ?

If you have a Visa dispute stay on top of the bank because they personally lied to me about turning in my information and I made the employees send me all the transcripts so I can go over them and I realized that they didn't send a single soul of my evidence or information to be reviewed by visa and only the bank can contact Visa so your left at their Mercy. After sending an email to the employer letting them know that I'm aware that they failed me they didn't even responds with a sorry but I got a phone number to an assistant manager which was a waste of time because she was sick out of the office not returning calls. After a few weeks I called the president CEO of the bank and this disrespectful person that doesn't need to be in charge just laughed at the situation after I inform him that I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they got my refund in less than a week.He rudely told me that I should have been contacted them and I let him know that that wasn't my job my bank is in charge of handling this but since they failed me I did it myself so basically don't bank with them he also told me that they're understaffed so that's their excuse but my thing is if you can keep taking on customers then you're not understaffed you're just greedy

I'm a shared branch member and stop by in Kenansville to do my transaction. How in the world we weren't notified that PACU closed their doors in Kenansville? That's unacceptable and we weren't informed with this change. Now, I am behind with payment because Bragg mutual doesn't share my credit union. So inconceivable and inconvenient, thanks alot for nothing.

Bragg Mutual is a JOKE!!! I get paid a day early and they want to charge me a $20 fee just to post MY check a day early. Are you kidding me?! And, what for?! I think (and know) that this is RIDICULOUS!!!!! And, for the love of God, no one EVER answers the phone!!!! If I could give a zero star, I would. I miss Piedmont Advantage CU and I have an account with State Employees CU, so I will continue banking with them. I’m pretty sure you post money the same way on a Thursday like you do on a Friday. You must deposit money in a different way for each day of the week. I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT when I get all of my bills paid for this month. :-(

I would recommend a 0 star, do not do any service with them! I repeat do not bank with them! I have been trying to contact them for the longest regarding my account and access to my funds. No matter how many times you call they do not answer.

Update!!! I’ve been calling and leaving messages with the bank for over two weeks and I still haven’t gotten a call back & nowhere with my account,I do not recommend this bank to anybody……. I’m waiting to get an actual phone call back from the bank pertaining to a visa dispute… as far as I know the bank is responsible for not turning in my information on time and I may not be getting my money back but I’m not sure because since 11 o’clock this morning I’ve been waiting for the bank to call me back it’s now 5:04 no call…so if this is not resolved we have an even bigger issue because I am not taking the responsibility of my bank not turning in my statements to Visa on time.
