I rented a vehicle from the Budget in Indianapolis, IN. I drove to Fayetteville, NC, the low oil alert displayed. I took the car to the Fayetteville airport to see if someone can get the oil changed for me or swap it out. The man that was working behind the counter on Nov. 25, 2023 at 10am told me that I will be ok to drive the car back 10 hours through the mountains with my 8 year old daughter with no issues. I told him I don't feel safe driving the car that far and he told me to have a nice day.

Needed to switch out my rental because the brakes needed to be replaced. Was helped by a young blonde lady and she was the first helpful person I've ever interacted with at this location. She upgraded me to a truck no problem. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and I'm usually here for an hour. Promote her!!

Poor customer services in person and over the phone . I called for roadside service and they did not inform me that it would be an extra charge. I had to pay the roadside serviceman $20 to fix the flat on top of the $220 Avis billed me two weeks later. I called and the customer service rep was rude and kept taking over me.

Wish I could give less than one star. The car reeks of cigarette smoke (no smoking my butt) and something else, not sure what but it's not pleasant. Went back inside to get a different car, was told they didn't have any other cars available and to go to the nearest location on my route to FL. So we drove to Florence and guess what?? NO cars! Called the main reservation line and explained the situation and the fact that the car pulls to the left pretty hard while driving. Was informed that there were only cars available in Fayetteville or Destin FL... so basically you're tell me that everyone on the East Coast is renting from Budget? And how in the hell does Fayetteville have cars if I was told they didn't? The rental was done through DTS so it's not like I can just change things all willy nilly. They should be removed from DTS as an option, save a Service Member a lot of heartache and aggravation.

The first car I picked up smelled like an ash tray. They replaced it with a car that had food stuck between the seats and dog hair in the trunk. Customer service was also really bad.

I have always been a loyal customer for many years now me and my husband but today i get denied after all these years they say credit but nothing has changed for me or him . Budget u have lost 2 customers today to enterprise they was more than happy to help . I just cant believe this ish after all these years with doing busy with this business i even called the 1 800 number just to complain about this so i just wanted to let u know if u keep up this u wont have any rentals out of this office anyway thanks for nothing budget if u r in Fayetteville location go to enterprise at 1908 skibo rd and ask for Dwayne Carter thanks for ur help to enterprise

I wish I could give this a 0...... the inventory sucked and when I asked for an upgrade the attendee didn't even try to see what she can do. I received a KIA Rio.... asked if it had cruise control and it didn't. She didn't even do a walk through of the vehicle after doing the paperwork

Too much haggle to rent a car (not purchasing it) and customer service rep was extremely rude over the phone. And policy for airport is ridiculous!!

48 hours to return my deposit ! Wth is that about ? I didn't wait 48 hrs to give it to you , really don't like that .
