Bought an NNO policy so I could get my license & paid 6 months in full. 2 Days later they bill me an extra $400. "because the price goes up when you get your license" That's some shady business.

My family was rear ended on their way to work. The party that cause the accident admit fault to causing the accident. They have GEICO as their insurance and GEICO is making every effort to steer my family member to a auto body shop of their choice instead of following the law! When it comes to paying out, GEICO is making every effort not too. Insurers beware!

Unfortunately I was with another company for some years and they decided to not service me anymore but Woah Mrs.Brittany got us together with such a nice speaking voice, very polite, and too the point with everything asking if we understood everything she explained if not to make sure we asked questions she didn’t mind explaining more just outstanding customer service thank you again!!

Geico is the worst experience ever - in 10th of April i was in motorcycle accident - i was t-boned from the side - not my fault, girl doesn't pay attention, she also have a Geico. Everything with Geico was complicated - i had waited tow truck for few days, and he just disappear - geico representative advice me wait another day, or try to find another for my own expenses, few hours later tow truck finally appears without any notice, driver looks like narco and was to weak to pull my bike on the platform, so i did it by myself but it was really painfull after accident. So it just a start - before towing i called motorcycle repair and geico representative and geico sure me that everything is scheduled - after week of waiting i called to store - repair even don't start because tow guy lost motorcycle - it was found later at the wrecker. 2 weeks was speeded to made a repair quote - geico denied to pay full repair price because they think labor is too expensive - its official dealer, with no alternatives and options to propose. Its almost 4 month after accident my bike is still under repair - and Geico is refuse to pay for repair, and yeah i still pay for insurance, nobody know when repair will be done and Geico stiil refusing to pay full price for repair even its not my fault. Geico was great but now i will switch it to somebody who provide real insurance.
