I was here for a 4 day work week and by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Mrs. Valerie at the front desk I believe her name was if not she’s the lady the works the morning/mid shift was by far the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered. She loves working there and it shows! She was extremely helpful in anything that I needed and ensured my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whoever is Mrs. Valerie’s manager please know she takes care of her guest and this hotel with pride. I would definitely be going back next time I come down.

OK sovim writing this review as I'm in the bed here at this cute hotel. Well the plus is the bed is comfy and the rooms and hotel overall are clen... now ima be very honest this hotel is super expensive and they charge a extra $100 that they say will be put back into your account (they don't know when) after check out ... I was told they have breakfast but they don't sooo I'm starving and I don't drive sooo that's awful... the free coffee is pretty much brown water ... the rooms are tiny tiny even with kitchenette in room ... my 2 yr old twins kitchen set is bigger.... just very small and doesn't offer breakfast soooo I'm not sure why it was almost $300 .... it's 3 stars at best!! The hotel is ducked off in a private area which I guess s good but vad for me as I don't drive and I'm starving so nothing I can walk 2 near as I can see. Not impressed with this hotel at alll I have honestly stayed in much nicer for much less... oooo and the worst part I was in 315 and whoever was on top of me stopped and slammed doors allll night sooo annoyingWalkability: No free breakfast and nothing walking distance.

This is one of the best IHG hotels I've stayed at in Fayetteville. The rooms are clean and smell nice, despite it being a pet friendly establishment. All of the staff are extremely nice and welcoming. Everyone speaks to you and always has a smile. I will definitely stay there again.Rooms: Very clean!Nearby activities: Great location near so many restaurants and things to do.

a little bit off the highway but one of the best places you can stay at, selections were pretty sparse. Clean and for a good price, also very dog friendly. the area is interesting to say the least but we were just passing through and it wasn’t a bad place to

While I appreciated having a tub, the surface of it was rough and peeling. And thin, too fluffy pillows.BUT we hope to stay here again. Nice friendly

I was sent on a last minute trip, and this hotel had the cheapest rate and the best location. The hotel had been recently renovated, and I had a fantastic stay. The room I was in had a full fridge, strong WiFi, a big screen tv, and a complete tiny home kitchen equipped with pots and pans. The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay again and recommend others to stay here.

10/10 starsAs a retired 22-year veteran, I have visited many resorts/hotels throughout this country.Staying at some of them I would not allow my mother to spend the night, but being fair, some were acceptable. However, I had the pleasure of lodging at Candle-wood recently, {Fayetteville N.C} and I must say, it was one of the most rewarding hotels I had the pleasure of being in!!I was so very impressed with this place that I wished that I could have stayed longer.Give a warm and exceptional thank-you to Brook, the awesome young lady at the front desk the night we arrived. She was so very courteous/gracious and she knew that we had been on the road a long time {we called ahead}.She had everything in order when we arrived, completing her job very timely. A job well done.thank you so much, BrookFinneyRetired USAFRooms: awesome ...very invitingFood & drinks: great nearby resturantsNoteworthy details: very very clean...secured

We have stayed here six or eight times in the last few years. The last visit was ok, but we ran into a number of issues. The facility is still clean, but something black and unpleasant came out of the bathroom faucet. After it cleared the faucet had no pressure. When I reported it, I was immediately told no other rooms could be made available. No big deal. I mentioned it again in the morning when checking out and based on the response, it has not been reported. On the way back North we stopped in again (reservation already made). Staff was excellent, but the room came with mini roaches. In the years we have stayed here, specifically because of the cleanliness, we had never seen anything worse than a stray cricket.Sad to see such a nice hotel slide.

Easy access from the interstate. Nice and clean also pet friendly. For a family traveling with kids and a pet a great stay to have a whole kitchen be able to restock and clean bottles. Make travel needs easy. As an extended stay rooms are clean and comfortable. Very accommodating.Food & drinks: They don't have breakfast. A few items in store to purchase. Depending what you need for your travel and breakfast, stopping at the grocery store or bringing youyown items would be my go to.

First, at arrival after check-in time our rooms weren’t ready. Told to come back 2 hours after the official heck in time, another hour plus wait after arriving. After driving for 9 days to get here, not ideal. I don’t know why people say the rooms are clean because they are definitely not. The floors are sticky and gray from filth. There’s zero ventilation. We stayed in two rooms and both were unclean. The beds and pillows are the worst and we PCS a lot, so we stay in a lot of hotels. The shower head sprayed out at all weird angles from being clogged. We also had to track down additional supplies (tp/towels), even with a week stay they didn’t check once for the room with dogs and the room without. Unfortunately since it is PCS season this was the only hotel available that accepted pets so we were stuck until our HHG arrived. The room was reserved under my spouse, Blake. Checked out 6/22. We did say something to housekeeping and they never came.

Hotel staff was great but my room smelled terrible and the smoking area is DIRECTLY NEXT to the front door so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke when you go in or out. Plus this hotel doesn't offer a breakfast when most others in the area, at the same rate so have breakfast. Aside from the Friendly staff, I wouldn't recommend.

please note im a stickler for clean hotel. This hotel is spotless. The town of Fayetteville is a bomb out drug infested war zone. it's a hell hole so it was so important to stay safe and clean (at any cost) people at hotel are nice and bath room is clean towels are clean and I don't think this joint is Indian owned cause it looks professional maintained

You'll have to go to the lobby for towel exchange and a broom. I'm not sure if they have vacuums available, but housekeeping is done weekly, so hopefully they have them.As a pet friendly room cleaning should occur more frequently. Same with common areas, especially during the rainy season.Nicely renovated. Friendly staff, very helpful for things to do or dining suggestions.Free laundry, but sometimes the washers act crazy and don't do the spin cycle. Mine underwashed my clothes- my tide pod was not dissolved.Rooms: Good sized rooms. No vacuum cleaners or brooms in them. Important because they expect you to clean your own room since they only provide weekly housekeeping. But when housekeeping cleans, they do a pretty good job.My dishwasher forgot how to clean, and I had to run it twice to wash dishes with soap.

You can't really beat this hotel. The front desk customer service was excellent. They even save me money when they found out that I was military. The rooms were immaculate and well kept.

Bottom line: the venue is clean, the customer service is friendly, and the rooms are nice for longer stays. With that said, they will tell you upfront that housekeeping will be limited but you can always contact the front desk for any additional items or things you may need from traditional day-to-day housekeeping. This venue allows pets in rooms as well which is super convenient for those wanting to stay with their four-legged pals as they travel. The down side is the walls are thin so you'll get to hear a lot of pets and people when you're trying to sleep. For the price you're paying and the convenience of the location, this place isn't that bad. This place is also very close to other amenities like Walmart and named-brand food stores/restaurants like Panera, Cheddars, Starbucks, etc.
