Wanted to share about an experience that happened today at Claire’s amidst the holiday shopping craziness. I took my daughter and her friend to spend their own money, and they bought two items at Claire’s that turned out to be defective. At first the sales associates refused to process the return for us, but the supervisor Kelz patiently and kindly work with us to reach a reasonable resolution. Because of her great customer service, I wanted to leave this positive review. Thank you from this overstimulated and tired mom. I’m avoiding the mall from now on….

Do not shop here! They do not honor their customers and their time. The staff will cancel your order to be malicious.I ordered one product online and after waiting hours after the store opened I reached out to the store to see what the issue was. I was told their systems were down so I canceled the order via customer service after being told I wouldn’t be able to pick the product up in a timely manner. Days later I made the mistake to try again, so I decided I would just reorder the product . I waited over 24 hours for them to cancel the order due to not having the product. However, I went in the store and seen the product was available.

Zero out of 10. Do not expect any kind of customer service from this place. I placed an online order because it said it would have been ready in 2 hours... A week later I still hadn't received an email that it was ready. Upon going in to cancel my order, none of the employees knew what was going on. I chose to wait for the manager to ensure my order actually got cancelled and while standing there an employee pulled out a huge stack of online orders that hadn't been filled. Management needs to do better and get a bit more organized.

Thursday, July 21,2022 I visited Clair's at the mall, with my friend. My friend explained we both needed our ears pierced. The clerk showed us the board to choose our studs from. I asked if they had any larger gold ones as both were very little. She said no that was all they had. My friend said I'm going to get the pearl as it was a larger ball. I said ok I'll get that one as we can be sisters and even twins. We asked about the price she stated $74.99. After filling all the information on the iPad, the clerk had me sit in the chair. She was very professional as she wore gloves and cleaned the area, I asked again about the price and she said $64.99. I said oh I thought they were $74. She proceeded to pierce my ears. I looked at my friend and said how do I look? She said those are not the ones we picked out. I then asked for a mirror, I could not believe the ones in my ears. They were for babies! She said I would have to leave them in for 3 weeks as they could not remove them. She said something about 20% off, but I was not happy. The clerk then stated that they were out of the pearls we had wanted. My friend then chose another pair. We paid and left, as we were leaving, I told my friend I don't think I'll be back. The longer I looked at my ears the less satisfied I became. I called the cross creek store asking for the manager. Ciera stated she was one of the managers, after explaining the whole situation she said there was nothing they could do as I had left the store. I explained the clerk knew I was not happy. Ciera again told me there was no resolution on their part. Why would I have chosen a baby earring after asking for larger ones and explaining we both wanted the pearls. I am very disappointed in the handling of the situation. I am enclosing a copy of my receipt and a picture of my earrings. At 74 years old I have wrinkles large that these earrings.

I am very unpleased with my most recent visit to Claire’s at Cross Creek. The store manager was not wearing her mask correctly while working in store, it was worn below her nose, while she pierced little baby’s ears. I also overheard her conversations with her employees and how she treated them was very unprofessional and unkind. I will not be making a trip back to this store!!!!!!!! I wish I could give a 0 star review. The girls who helped me find my accessories were kind and all wore their masks correctly. I applaud them for that.
