I was told by the manager at the Fayetteville Colony Tire location that I would be charged around $300 to have (3) 20 inch low profile tires mounted and balanced on the rims. I called the location in Greenville, NC where I'm from and was told it would cost me $105. I think this is ridiculous!!

I needed to have my tires balanced before going out of town. I went to a competitor prior to going to Colony tire and was told I would have to leave my vehicle all day. I was there when they opened the doors and he basically refused to help me. So I called Colony and Matt Windham (General Manager) said it would be no problem to have it done before I had to be at work at 10am. Matt showed great customer service and was very understanding of my situation. His staff was extremely helpful and easy to get along with. I couldnt ask for better service. Thanks Matt and the team at Colony tire!

Well I was going to let it slide that it took so many times to get my tires right. 80 PSI tires set to 40, had to turn back around to get that fixed. Tread pattern tires that can only go one way. Yep not done right, now back again the next day to get the tires put on right. Asked for my old tires to be put in the bed of truck and even says that on my receipt. Changing tires isn’t mentally hard to do but I guess reading is.

I was told my brake pads did not need to be replaced after we asked them to check and 3 weeks later I’m having to get my brake rotors replaced due to brake pads being completely worn through. Don’t waste your money here.

Very bad experience, they are not honest and lie in your face, not ones but twice. I came in for a wheel alignment and he found a tie rod problem on the passenger side and i said ok get it fix and he told me that I need to change the camber kit eitherI thought that it was on the passenger side only and said ok then I told to myself " I don't think that I need to do all that" but i need my car fixed so I agree he said it's gonna take us 2 hrI call after 3 1/2 hrs the same guy answered the phone and tell me we're not done i need to go to store to get the parts and is gonna take us 1 more hr but ( when i speak to hem in person he showed me the new parts) I hang up the phone and showed 20 min later nobody was working on my truck but there was 2 car getting serviced in front of mine and one mechanic as soon as he saw me start working on mine really quick and I asked hem if my truck is ready he said we just need to do the alignment -_- and that's when the front desk guy lie to me again and we have a little arguing about the extra hr and he said ohh we had a missed comunicación But what I think is that they need to justify the "time"That they are charging me $640 thats wasn't a 3,4 hr job Changing parts 1hr ( is to much but is ok ) and wheel alignment 7-10 min max ( I was there when they did it ) and they end up charging me 2 hr job + the up charge parts Seriously ?????

I have been a customer of colony tire for many many years since they opened in Fayetteville. they do great work and work with me very well. Mike the service manager is the man he knows his stuff.

Nice clean place, at time of quote I ask to put new tires for front and rotate them to the back. Well, they left them on the front. When I asked the cashier did they do so(upon notification my truck was ready) and he said no new tires should go up front. That's not true especially for a pickup truck. Anyway they have it displayed on their counter you should put 2 New tires to the back. I was not up for debate, it's really not a show stopper, and I was pressed for time. They had a good price, but attention to detail is big in my book. I don't feel I will go back

Another long story that really is not needed to add value to your day. And yet here we are at Storytime. At home minding my biz and get a phone call. Caller is in a company vehicle that has suddenly become disabled and requires the delivery of a spare tire and a jack. We load tire, tire iron, and a jack and off we go in full rescue mode. Lug nuts on disabled vehicle resist all efforts to remove them. Another call is made and shortly Another rescuer arrives with the needed Guerilla Torque impact wrench. Once spare wheel is mounted there was a discussion about how to get the tire to Colony Tire. Neither company vehicle headed in that direction. So of course I volunteered to drop off the tire that needed to be replaced. The company has an account here but to everyone here I am a complete stranger as well as to most at the company whose tire I was dropping off. So imagine me trying to find out how to get proper authorization for dropping off tire, getting it replaced, and having company pay for it. Fortunately for all involved the mature fellow who took the time to listen was really helpful, patient, and the consummate professional. In time the phone call came in that crossed all the tease and dotted all the eyes . So as you may rightfully conclude, had I been the actual client/account holder I would have been royally treated. Also you might want to take the time to read some of the info on their desk.i actually learned something. You might too. Now, if you don't feel that you have wasted the last thirty six seconds, thank you. All others please wait for chapter too.
