CrossFit Intrinsic is a spacious, clean, and well-equipped gym with a beautiful facility. It offers great fitness and fun for all ages, with daily childcare provided. The gym values family, friendship, and community, turning strangers into friends and friends into community. The coaching staff is amazing, supportive, and very prepared. Coaches are patient, descriptive, and engaged, offering helpful pointers and adapting movements for all fitness levels. The programming makes it easy for anyone to participate, whether a first-timer or experienced. The community is by far the best, full of support, growth, and mental wellness. Members are inviting, friendly, encouraging, and welcoming. It is a place where you only compete against yourself. The workouts are approachable yet challenging, featuring fun strength pieces and metcons. It is highly recommended for a great experience.
Went there on an invite. The staff, coaches, and patrons were inviting, and friendly. The atmosphere was motivating.
After the workout routine I could barely move the next day. The good kind of pain.

I tried CrossFit Intrinsic for my first CrossFit session since moving to NC. Julia is an AMAZING coach! She was so patient and descriptive. She took her time explaining each and every step of the exercises. This facility is so spacious and equipped with endless options for training!

Of all the gyms Ive visited, this one by far has the best community! Its full of support and growth, but also good for mental wellness and growth because the only person youre really “competing” against is yourself! Highly recommend :)
