I usually have a pleasant experience when visiting this particular ABC store. However, today drastically fell short of that from one employee. She mentioned her name as being KIM. The individual could use a class on customer service as her attitude is very un-pleasant! I usually give people the benefit of the doubt however, she was very obnoxiously rude. I intend to report her poor conduct to the Manager on Duty as well as the main office.The other two staff members (Amanda and Sharday) were very friendlynand refreshing!!
