The worst experience!!!! The pharmacy staff have a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND THEY MAKE YOU FELL STUPED! I complained a month ago with the manager and I went today again and the manager was mean and dismissed....PLEASE IF YOU ARE SICK AND YOU NEED YOUR PRESCRIPTION DO TO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY WILL GET YOU GET SICK π« FOR REAL WITH THEIR HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE !! ZERO STARS FOR THIS PHARMACY!!!

Pharmacy manager refused to fill my prescription because I sounded frustrated about it taking 3 days to fill a medication, reason she said they were not fully staffed. I didn't curse or yell but my tone was frustrated. Shameful abuse of authority. First time leaving a negative post about a company.

My recent experience at CVS was like a Very Merry Christmas morning! I was greeted cordially by Team Member, Kris. He is always very cordial, caring, helpful and professional. I found so many great bargains! At the checkout, Kris used as many of my Extra Care coupons as appropriate for my purchases. Saving over $20.00 was like a CVS Christmas gift for Me! I was able to purchase toiletries,OTC health.products, gifts for family members, wrapping paper, tape and food items....and still saved with my coupons. Team Member Kris's help turned him into my very own....Kris Kringle! π
I now have more Extra Care coupons and I 'm going back to use them Today at store Opening time ....8:00 am... December 18, 2024! I hope to see Great Team Member, ...my Kris Kringle again! ππ

Do not, and I repeat, do not fill your prescriptions here. Not one person behind the counter cares about you at all. I needed my prescriptions transferred and requested it through the app a couple days prior to going in. They didn't even know what I was talking about so I told them and they very obviously did not want to help me at all. I'm on psychiatric medication that will send me into withdraw if I miss my doses. I pleaded and told them I wasnt going to make it through the weekend however I was met with, "Sorry we won't fill this until Monday because we have other customers to take care of.". The audacity. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from corporate pharmacies. If you live in the Fayetteville area I recommend Two Rivers Pharmacy or Eastover Drug. Local pharmacies actually care about us and want us to get our medicines as fast as possible. I got my transfers sent to Eastover and within an hour my prescriptions were ready for pick up. I will never set foot in this CVS again.

The CVS Pharmacy SUCKS at this location... I moved my prescriptions to Walmart pharmacy several years ago. Recently asked the doc to send a prescription here and I got a notification from CVS that it couldn't be filled, to call them, I called to inquire and you can't even speak to a human, you have to leave a message for a callback from the pharmacy, I did that and they have yet to call me and it's now 5 days later. HORRIBLE!!!

The worse in town...came to drive thru 30 minutes before closing asked the pharmacist to fill the prescription I had and I'll pick it up in the morning and she refused stating she had too much to do before closing so no she would not. Came back next day in afternoon no one even came to the window and acknowledged any of the 2 cars in the drive thru in front of me. RIDICULOUS!! Don't want to work and do your job QUIT...just a bunch of LAZY people!!

If you're thinking about sending your prescription here, DON'T. I work in IT, I make a lot of phone calls and have talked to a lot of annoying people, and I can comfortably say the worst phone calls I've ever had were with this CVS on bragg blvd. I sent my prescription here after a move, and I went in-person to confirm that they'd be able to fill it. They said they would, so I return the next day and they tell me my insurance doesn't cover the pharmacy actually. Cool, let's transfer it to the walgreens nearby. I go to the walgreens and have them make the transfer request. The person at walgreens makes the phone call, tells me she spoke to someone named Hannah at the CVS. I wait another day, and it hasn't been transferred. I call CVS and they tell me they don't have the request and they need to call again. I have walgreens make another request. I call again the next day, Hannah picks up the phone. She tells me that no request has been sent over, and nobody has called her. I remind her that she spoke to Holly from walgreens on the 27th about it and she hung up. Called again, ah suddenly there's a transfer request from walgreens, Hannah then tells me that actually they're too backed up right now and hopefully they can get it transfered by the end of the day. 2 days later, they still have not transferred it. Absolute joke, too "backed up" to take 5 minutes and send a prescription to another place. Im calling my doctor and having them write me a new prescription to a pharmacy that doesn't lie to its customers about why they're unable to simple tasks that other pharmacies have no issue doing. Thankfully I'm able to go a few days without my medicine, but if people with serious life-threatening conditions are also being held up by this pharmacy, it needs to be shut down. I advise anyone avoid this pharmacy at all costs, and my experience here has been so awful that I'll never be shopping at any CVS location again.

Avoid using this pharmacy at all cost!!! The pharmacist is completely rude. No point in contacting corporate to make a complaint nothing is going to change.

This Pharmacy has horrible customer service. A Pharmacy tech named Vanessa threatened me. I mean she came around the counter out of the pharmacy area and was in my face. I am 61 and disabled. If she had of taken another step towards me I would of peppered sprayed her. Store Manager a nice Lady. Pharmacy Manager and 2 technicians are horrible. I did file a formal complaint with corporate and will hire an attorney if Vanessa is NOT disciplined for threatening me.

Walk In hours for pharmacy Flu Shots but, won't actually take walk ins. And they NEVER answer the phone. Horrible Service.

Do not use this pharmacy. I wish I read the reviews before coming here. They purposely don't answer calls and they have attitudes. The store manager said he can not do anything about it.
