The pharmacy is terrible. This store is way too busy for what little staff I see here. Always seems to be short staffed. I waited over a half an hour in drive through Tuesday to pick up a med I waited for in line for about 15 mins on Monday that wasn't ready.

Went to pharmacy 1/13/25 at 630 pm. Terrible wait time. Second person in line and it took 20 minutes for me to get to the register. DO BETTER CVS. This was the Owen Drive location.

If I could give less than one star I would, I arrived at
8:15pm to pick up my prescriptions that were sent in hours earlier.
They told me it would be 45 minutes. So I come back at 850 to find the pharmacy closed when their hours say they're open till 10 o'clock, and the guy who helped me out is standing at the register sin the middle of a conversation with his co worker, so i said hey what's going on?? They stopped talking, but didn't say anything else. So i said hey what's up with my prescriptions?? And he made some weird sound and they just walked away, and then she made some smart comment. Didn't this guy in a black shirt walks over the young white male? And I asked him what the deal was, so he asked them, did y'all say anything to this guy about his prescriptions, being ready in 45 mins and the guy doesn't say anything, and she just said, no and then they both like laughed and the guy wearing the black shirt?I just said, sorry, dude, I don't even work back here but I tried. And I appreciate him trying, and at least acknowledging me. As for the other 2
People like that. Don't need to work in any sort of setting that's geared towards helping people when they can't even answer a question pertaining to their own incompetence like, if you're that ignorant, I mean, i'm surprised you have a job at all. Given all the one star reviews on google. I take it. This place is just desperate for employees, so they hire literally anybody.
Because there's no way there's staff right now is fit to do that job. I mean, I've seen better employees with more sense at McDonald's then at this pharmacy. If they don't get fired, they should never quit this job because I wouldn't hire them at my restaurant and I know several business owners who wouldn't hire them at any of their fast food restaurants either.

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE. 4 hours for easy meds to be filled and when my husband went to pick it up the lady at the counter was extremely rude! The nice foreign gentleman helped my husband instead because she was so toxic. Then they didn't even filled the Acetaminophen prescription because they said "we don't fill it here, go buy it over the counter". Excuse me???? It is a prescription and this is why I have insurance. Incompetent and lazy people. Fire them all and start over. 4 hours to fill a prescription and you're right next to the hospital. Learn efficiency! I will be going to Walgreens from now on. Terrible service.

I got a text from the automated system telling me that someone had like three prescriptions under my number so when I tried calling to find out information both the front store and Pharmacy hung up instantly, I am not very happy as I would like to speak with a real person to make sure no one has stolen any of my information

Everyone was helpful except The pharmacy tech with the green hair.
She verified they received my Rx and
They would “try” to have it ready in an hour.
I waited for an hour and a half and kept checking status.
I went back to desk and she ignored me while talking to
Pharmacist. I told her I had been waiting an hour and a half and she said it would be about 15 minutes .
I sat at pharmacy while she walked to bathroom. I asked the other tech for the status and the original
Tech had never put my Rx up
For rhe pharmacist to fill.
I sat in my car and waited at cvs for 2 hours for Rx that should have been ready in 15 mins to begin with.
And rhe pharmacy was not busy when I first arrived at 7pm.
And 2 hours later, It was still not busy.

This is the worse pharmacy I have ever encountered. They give people the wrong prescriptions because they don't pay attention. Thisbis the 3rd time they have given us the wrong insulin and had the nerve to tell us we have to pay again for the correct prescription and it's our fault because we should check the bag. Then after their mistake had the audacity to call the doctor to try and change the insulin to the one mistakenly given to see if that one could be used instead. No no no do not use this pharmacy. They never return your calls and they do not take accountability for their mistakes. If we keep messing with this pharmacy they are gonna kill us by having us take the wrong medication. Run as fast as you can

The biggest problem I have with CVS is the awful customer service and the attitude of the workers. There is one young lady there who is an absolute angel but the rest are as rude as the day is long. I use them mainly for photos and they mess up more than they get things right and when you say something they don't want to make it right. If it happened once I could see it but it's been multiple times at multiple stores so it's obvious to me that they would rather not be bothered with it. But when you are paid to do a job you are expected to do it because it's the customers that keep these places in business

I'm a customer and have been for years, my mother ended up being hospitalized and the parking garage literally was full so I seen that the CVS parking lot was basically empty so I parked way out in the lot zero other cars in sight. When I came back to get my car it was gone! I asked the manager where my car was and immediately went to a stack of towing company cards. Mind the fact where my car was at there was still absolutely zero cars in sight. I realized after calling the tow company McCormick Towing and he said he sat and watched me with the manager on the phone walk to the hospital that they were extorting me! The manager at the location is 100% pocketing money from the tow company! The corporate office lied and said they had to do this because customers and employees had nowhere to park so I asked her "How do you know who isn't waiting for a prescription to be filled?" Being I've sat there for hours waiting and actually went for a walk to kill time. The crazy part is she said that I made a great point. So now they were supposed to call me back to refund my tow bill but never did! This situation left my father who is a disabled veteran that can barely walk sitting outside in the heat in a wheelchair while I waited on a taxi to take us to the tow lot. The tow truck driver went from $385 to $160 conveniently so I guess this lowered the amount the CVS manager got to put in his pocket. Great way to treat your loyal customers CVS never coming back!
