Great people . Pharmacy has gotten a lot better. I see some of the reviews below and have to say they don't understand how things work and seem to just go off . Don't take things out on the staff that are actually trying to do their best .

If I could give it a zero I would my appointment for a flu shot was at 5:00 I'm still here waiting it's 6:00 now only 3 people should have never waisted my time coming here so slow and ther closing now still waiting this is bull crap.

They say they do walk-ins but after you wait in line they tell you that you need an appointment.

Friendly enough but prescriptions are not available in a timely manner.

They take forever to fill prescriptions and do not answer the phone in the pharmacy. Even after letting the manager know, the customer service continues to be terrible.

Line took forever. Actually took me over an hour to get some meds for an active covid infection. These people don't care if you're sick.

I’m changing my pharmacy it never fails everytime I come to get a prescription filled it’s either not filled properly they don’t call you to let you know it’s been filled and when you pick it up you wait in-line for like 30-45 minutes it’s ridiculous… I can understand sometimes but everytime it’s a problem!!

CVS ON LAW RD , REMAINS UNRELIABLE IN FULFILLING,PRESCRIPTION. APPARENTLY, they use different resources as advise by Dustin(pharmacist) then Walmart , Valley Pharmacy and others and that is why it takes much LONGER for CVS TO GET PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED FOR THIER PATIENTS,he also refused to discuss/ disclose any alternative medicines they have in stock to substitute. States the patient's doctor would have to call him directly. Pain medicine therapy is now a matter of apathy for patients who have real ligament medical needs. Where is the commitment!!!!!

Staffing shortages. Does not carry generic medication causing cost of over 100.00 instead of 10.00 after I have asked for over a year.Staff is always courteous in store and on phone.

If you decide to call due to your prescriptions or any important issues I would recommend that you go into the stores. They never answer their phones.
