The pharmacy gave me run around 3 days the Dr has done there part she called me to tell me prescription was good to go after a big unnecessary situation she stated the man she talked to was very rude to her but it should be ready so picked up this morning and there was s young guy I'm assuming it's the same one she talked to named Roy or Ray couldn't see it well but to work with the public he had bad attitude 0 personality no thank you your welcome have good day just very nonchalant like he didn't care one way or another.ill be switching pharmacies

The people here in the pharmacy are always rude. They make you feel like your bothering them. If you don’t like your job then quit. They make you feel uncomfortable.

This pharmacy has one of the worst customer service that I have experienced in 46 years of being alive. They do not help their customers, they do not explain anything, they push you away. There used to be a Time that pharmacist would actually work with a customer and help explain stuff to you and help you get your prescription at the best cost possible. I have been trying for nine days to get a prescription filled. I have called my insurance provider and I know the medication is covered. I believe they are (discriminating) me because of the type of medicine that it is. I have not only called the insurance provider to check and see if the medication is covered. I have called my doctor to check as well. My doctor has even called the pharmacy multiple times to try and get it straightened out and they are treating my Dr office the same way and when I googled the store to write a review I can totally understand why their reviews are so low, if you do not want to help the customers that pay your salary, please find a new job. It’s that simple, if you don’t want to be at work just don’t go. There is no point in treating a customer this poorly. I would absolutely give zero stars if I could!!!

I was in line at the pharmacy for over an hour. When it was my time at the window, the worker (Jesus) was too busy spraying himself down with Lysol (yes, himself). Then turned his back to me to discuss with a coworker the legality of fire works in NC. Had Jesus stopped talking and playing with the Lysol I am positive the line would have moved way faster. Poor customer service, doesn’t deserve any stars.

Absolute worst customer service of any establishment I have ever done business with. Not only are they incredibly rude but it’s actually impossible to get a live body on the other end of the phone. CVS will not allow you to call and speak to someone. They will only send you to a voicemail box and someone “will call back”. This location is awful and CVS as a whole is no better.

Tried getting vaccines WITH appt but failed to address me properly and decided to accommodate customers who came AFTER me. NEVER come here for your pharmacy needs. Go to Harris teeter, where they’ll actually accommodate you.

worst pharmacy EVER!!!!! they have filed my insurance incorrectly so I pulled my prescriptions and went to mail. Changed DR and decided to give them one more chance. and of course they filed wrong again, even after telling them which one was primary. DO NOT USE THEM. I am about to file a complaint
