*BEWARE*
I bought a gift card and a get-well card from Dollar Tree for a very close friend who had a heart attack. When my family and I gave him the card with the gift card inside. I received a call from him that same day letting me know the PIN number came off the back and couldn't be seen to activate the card. I was so embarrassed that that happened. This was the first time I've EVER purchased a gift card from this type of establishment. I took the gift card back along with my receipt. The manager was very very nonchalant about the situation telling me that on gift cards all sales were final and he couldn't exchange it for another one. I explained to him that there was money on the card and his attitude was "I don't know what to tell you, maybe call the company but there's nothing I can do" No compassion or understanding in his words or the look on his face. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't have free money to give anyone. Before I left doing my best to keep my composure, I didn't see one sign that said "all sales on gift cards are final" that was my first and my very LAST TIME EVER purchasing a gift card from them. I hope my reviews helps someone else out. Please don't waste your time go somewhere else with better quality gift cards.

I went here yesterday for last minute stuff. Boy was I shocked that I had to pay 5.00 for a small 4.5 oz bunny all because it said Hershey when walmart had and has them for 2.97 dollar tree lady said to me its brand name..wth all those theater boxes are brand name as well are they 5.00 too..
Dollar tree is suppose to be just that stop raising your prices your getting as bad as the big chains. We relied on you to stay the dollar tree cause some of us can't afford alot. But now your heading in a bad direction along with everyone else.
Jelly beans 3.5 at Walmart 1.59 same jelly beans tell your people saying they are brand name is a really disturbing line coming off there lips

This dollar tree has always given me service. Tonight I had the best customer service as well. A lady with red locs was so welcoming spoke to me and everyone after me when they came in ( love that) which you don’t always get. When I got to checkout she asked if I found everything and thought I didn’t find one thing she did suggest another place that may have them. Thank you for the great customer experience

0 stars if I could. A cashier there by the name of Veronica was very rude to an Asian woman just trying to get balloons for a birthday party. I have no idea why they let people work customer service when they treat people the way they do.

The cashier told me no dog's aloud , I told her he is a service dog, then her supvisor came and said that emotional dogs don't bark , I guess she also Adog trainer, she also said that I was there before and I let my dog piss and I din"t clean up, that was my first time with my dog in that store, well I guess they don"t know the law.
