Unfortunately, the items I purchased from DTLR arrived with the sensor tag still attached. After calling them several times, being on hold for extended periods, and being hung on multiple times before I could even speak to anyone. When I finally spoke to a representative he requested that take a picture and email it. Which of course I did. He then tells me that it has to be reviewed. He requested that I call back to see the status. He did inform me that at some point they would send a return label and I would need to return the item. I have to start the process all over again, and if I'm lucky enough to speak to someone and if they received the email and processed it. I have to drive to UPS and return the item. Now that is a bit much for a mistake that DTLR made Not to mention my grandson will not have his Christmas gift. I am extremely upset

Went in there today my daughter purchased a pair of shoes for my grandson when we were driving home she just happened to look in the box and they are two different pairs of shoes she went back to return them and lady at register was very rude talking about I can’t go back and look for the other pair because we’re too busy leave your number and I’ll call you if I find them girl what Christmas is in a few days what do you mean this was y’all mess up and wouldn’t give refund because she paid cash so she got a gift card I don’t know who’s running this company but y’all need to hire people who have a little bit of customer service because who you got in there is not it. Rudeness at its finest and all these other bad reviews just confirms it. Do better!!

I wil absolutely never buy from them again. They don't let you know that if you lose and or if they can't read your receipt they do not honor the purchase. No store credit exchange or return if the receipt is damaged in any type of way!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would terrible customer service and attitudes. My friend and I went today and no one approached us just was talking loudly amongst each other. The girl with dread and some other girl continued to have a conversation while checking me out without really acknowledging me. I said thank you and they still ignored me terrible people, need a whole change in staff immediately or no one will wanna but from this company again.

I will never shop at DTLR again. I ordered my shoes last week and havent been charged for them yet. Before purchasing, i made sure that they had the shoes in stock and they said they did. So a couple of days go by and no email saying that my shoes were ready for pickup. I called today and they said that I should receive an email saying it has been processed….i received nothing. So i call again and ask how long did it take to process shoes. And the helper told me as soon as you press place order that it should have been processed. I told her that i didnt get that and she searched and come to find out the store was out of the shoe the WHOLE TIME! Took my money and was just going to keep it, I was getting the shoe for an up coming trip but now i guess i have nothing. Thanks DTLR? you are the best??

No customer service skills at all. How about wearing a uniform so customers can identify your workers. Workers stand around on their phones while customers need assistance and let’s not talk about the no refund policy. Waited over 30 minutes to exchange a shoe. ?

If you’re thinking about returning anything that doesn’t fit, you won’t get your money back. You will however get a gift card unless you paid with a credit card in which they’re required to refund that money. Selection isn’t really good or the quality of the shoes. I can’t speak on clothing because I didn’t even look or buy any.

Management is terrible. they look at you and judge you by what you are wearing if you resemble anything as a reseller, which to them is good shoes they will not service you they will treat you with the utmost disrespect. There's also a code that management goes by. This code is used by I'm guessing backdoor orders or only people they have connections with.Just about all workers in dtlr has been corrupted.

There hasn't ever been a time I come in this store and find something's nice. Have various selective brands. And with sizes that fit "grown men". Main thing, though, if they did something about the marijuana smell, and tone down the loud music, this place will be all set.

If you are looking for a pair of Air jordan retro's on release day don't waste your time coming to this place. There's always an excuse to why they can't sell you a Jordan retro on the release day! I did a little research and found out that one of the managers was selling almost every retro to a buddy of his! After his buddy got all the shoes that he wanted they attempted to sell you what was left!! Hopefully someone has finally spilled the beans as to what was going on in this store because they lost A LOT of their customers behind this!
