Worst rental place . I normally have a great outcome with Enterprise, but today not at all. When we first got there, had to wait about 20 mins to be assisted; no problem. First thing, need a credit card to rent a sport. So we switched the next car, she kept my price the same. The first car showed, smelled like weed. Second car, the pressure washer is down & that means the car was dirty. It's like the woman was not at all of help.

We called and spoke over the phone and when we arrived the process was simple and easy. I appreciate the people being polite. It was a nice experience.

The enterprise corporation needs to shut down for real. I wish I could give all the enterprise branches 0 stars. You talk to customer service for a car switch because of mechanical issues, you go there to pick it up, and the answer is sorry we ran out of cars?♀️ wasting people's time

Made reservations with a different location who could not provide me a car. I was attending a funeral service out of state and not having a vehicle was simply not an option. I've used this location prior but originally made my reservations at a different location that was just closer to me. Should always stick with this location because they had a resolution for the issue that had happened. I appreciate this locations immediate attention to a very serious inconvenience. Car was clean, and customer service was wonderful. I'll be back!

I often rent cars for work and vacation and always use the Skibo location. The staff is incredibly friendly and easy to deal with, making the whole rental process cake. Their outstanding customer service is a testament to their commitment to excellence. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a hassle-free car rental experience.

I recently rented a vehicle through this Enterprise location while my vehicle was in body shop.From pick up to checking at front desk, the entire experience was nothing less than professional.The vehicle was clean and I had no issues with extending rental via on-line.The staff was awesome.

I received several calls from this location while at work. As anyone would normally do, I returned the phone call and was immediately threw into a queue. Someone literally picked up the phone with no greeting and just left me on hold for 10mins. I hung up and called back and the same action was performed. Least you could do was address the person on the phone. Like you guys called 9x is a span of 3 minutes.

Reserved a car 10 days in advance to ensure they’d have the car we wanted. Made the drive to get the car, was told they weren’t able to give us our original pick but we would get a “free upgrade” to a Jeep Compass. Our original reservation, for a Corolla or similar, was strictly due to gas mileage. The Jeep got 26 miles per gallon. When we made her aware that the Jeep would not fit our needs, she let us know that there wasn’t much of another option. The only other car in our gas range was a Honda which I wasn’t allowed to rent due to being 24 (25 in 4 days.) Since they obviously could not fit my needs I cancelled the entire reservation. So here it is the day before my birthday trip and I now have no rental car with no other options due to it being so short noticed. Will never return to this place or any other enterprise and will make sure to let everyone I know needing a rental to stay far away. What is the point of reserving in advance if it doesn’t mean anything? The worker was kind and understanding, so I can’t complain about the service.

Had to take a last minute trip out of state and I was fortunate enough not only to get a reservation, I was assisted by a knowledgeable team who assigned the best vehicle for the accommodations.The assistant branch manager Cyrus was professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I’d most definitely make another reservation with them at this location

I reserved a midsize suv and was given a compact suv on Sunday September 3,2023 and when I returned it today on September 7,2023 I told the gentleman that I looked up the vehicle and looked at the owners manual and it stated that it was a small suv. At the time I was renting it I asked the young lady if it was a midsize and she said yes. I was in a hurry to get on the road so I took her word for it. When I stopped for the night I looked it up and the Mazda CX30 is a compact suv and I was supposed to get a Nissan Rogue or similar if you compare the 2 vehicles you will see the big difference in size. Well when I returned the suv today the young gentleman argued with me that it was a midsize and then proceeded to tell me that you don't get what you reserve it's what they decide to give yoI. Meanwhile he is following me to my mother's truck arguing with me after I told him that I would contact corporate. I felt very uncomfortable with him following me as I was trying to leave and get into the truck to leave. This is very unprofessional. I was charged for a midsize suv but given a compact suv. Very rude to the customers. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THE ENTERPRISE ON SKIBO ROAD IN FAYETTEVILLE NC

Never rented a car and have had the worse experience. Communication is awful. I tried calling the company nearly twenty times (no exaggeration) with no response whatsoever. Finally drove up with my own car only to have to drive my car back, switch into the rental car to drive back to the facility, for another individual to drive me home. All this after I was told someone could come pick up the rental when I initially received the vehicle. And being told from the very first employee that they can pick up the vehicles after service.I was charged for a full day despite calling in to have the vehicle picked up at 8 in the morning that day. The rental was late picking me up, and I went through several issues with pick up as well. When I arrived at the facility another women was also going back and forth with the employee about charges.Awful experience. No way to contact management despite several dispatched enterprises emailing the manager about my issues regarding return of the vehicle, leading to more charges at the end of the day. It’s amazing that I called twenty times, and have several other enterprise associates who called all over the world, for me to physically walk into the building and see three employees staring at a wall doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Not serving a customer, not taking a phone call. NOTHING. While I am not one to state something like: “If you got time to lean, you got time to clean,” It was infuriating to walk in and see this after the stress of the entire day trying to call and reach out and be redirected to automated systems or offices outside the location I reside.It’s sad. People have familial emergencies, obligations and work to have their time completely manipulated and wasted. I’m a single mother, so of course trying to return a rental would be that much more difficult. Find a way to take care of customers before, and AFTER rental. Do better.I will not rent from Enterprise again. While in person service is 3.5/5. The way you are treated once you sign your name on the dotted line is below Zero. Save yourself the trouble.
