I’ve rented cars from this location many times and the service is second to none they are always happy to see you and take care of you in a fast and orderly manner. My guy Brandon hunt is always professional and kind he will take care of you best he can even if he has to pull vehicles from other enterprises I’ve never had a problem with him at all would recommend this enterprise to my momma if she needed a rental if you go tell Brandon hunt rob reed says wussup

Poor staff. Lack of customer service. My reservation was for 5 but I didn’t get off work till 515p…I had a got there at 5:32 with pictures to prove it …after speaking to the representative prior she said that she would wait but she had such a bad attitude over the phone when I got there she left and I needed that rental that same day to go out of town for a funeral. Thanks enterprise for not training your staff to always give the extra 1% when it comes to the customers. So that forced me to get a car rental from Greensboro NC, a hr and 40 mins away from Fayetteville. If she didn’t want to stay then she should of said something.. wasted time, gas, and nowMileage because I had to drive so far to get another rental

My mom has used this Enterprise when she has had work done to her vehicle and have been great.Just arrive from Europe and hands down best customer service I have had since landing back in the USA!Very accommodating to meet my needs. Corey was so pleasant to work with when I needed to switch my car and Neq was a breath of fresh air making sure I was taking care of the next day! Ever in need of a car, go pay them a visit.

So rude as soon I got inside the girl look at me with a rolling eyes ? and I was the one who said hello and a how you guys doing today and even that she wasn't nice. So I just tell them thank you and bye and walk to the next one.

Very poor customer service I rented a car for one month because of my job the tire pressure on one tire keeps getting low. I have to stop get air every morning. I called Enterprise a day before and let them know I need replacement. They told me to come in the morning. I was hoping to get a solution to the problem when I went the next morning. She just told me they don't have car. I need to get the car serviced myself self. She should have told me that over the phone. She was very rude about it too.

The process was easy and fast. I rented for 5 days. I was due to return on the weekend so I showed up 30 minutes earlier than the drop-off time. Noticed that they are closed on the weekend and dropped the keys in the lockbox. Then I get a phone call @ 7:30 in the morning telling me " Your drop off time was the 18th, it's now the 20th". I let them know the car has been sitting there since the 18th! They didn't even check to see the car on the lot before calling and waking me up! Ugh!

Called me 8 mins before pickup and told me they don’t have my car. When I asked why they wait so late to tell me so I can make other arrangements “Née” told me she was as busy. I thought this was so unprofessional or operate like this. No heads up.

This is my go to place when I need to rent a vehicle, they're super friendly and quick! Also my husband was out of town when I needed to return the rental so they even give you a ride home! I've rented from this location at least three times and have never had an issue! They're super quick to resolve any problems you may have as well! (I wasn't used to all the gadgets and gizmos in the 2020 Ford Expedition and they helped me with that) 10/10 would recommend!

I was very pleased with them. Great customer service, super friendly and professional. And it’s right there on site with the collision center, dropped my car off and was able to hop right into the rental car.Thank you!

There’s were two people in the store and the one gentleman took care of everyone while the other lady literally just sat at her desk doing minimal to no work. The process was ridiculously long because there was one person running around trying to help 10 people instead of her helping him. You will wait Atleast an hour at this enterprise. I highly suggest you use any of the other ones in the Fayetteville area.

I work in the autobody industry and directly with the insurance company's and unfortunately have to deal directly with this business . Customer service is not of any importance when it comes to getting a vehicle from this location or the Raeford road location. Customers have waited at our shop upwards of 1 hour for someone from this location to pick them up ( that is if they did not forget the customer). Then it is as if you have inconvenienced them by asking they do their job because the employees come in with the worst attitude. This week alone our mutual customers have then had to wait at the location for 4 hours to get a rental that is damaged, full of dog hair, and smoke smells. A customer spent his entire day yesterday attempting to get a vehicle, with a standing reservation. This customer is back today hoping to get serviced. The most disappointing factor of this all is no one has yet to even say as much as I am sorry for the inconvenience. I am not sure how the employees remain employed, management included, or the business remains in operation. My only conclusion is that the business has dominated the market with little competition therefore customer service is not really a priority. If you have another option please use it.

Rented a 15 passenger van for a family trip to Florida... the van was 2019 model but definitely looked older . The van interior was absolutely disgusting . The cloth seats were rather worn and stained with perspiration. There was some dirt on the floor and we found a couple of drill bits wedged in the seats. I guess this van was probably rented to a construction company ...
