I called b4 going to make sure my debit card was accepted to find out how much I had to give them when I get there. I spoke with a Mr. Anthony on the phone We wanted a truck he said they had a grey 1 and that it'll be ready when we get there . They told me nothing about a credit card is a must all's I have is Debit Cards no credit Cards. They wanted 2 phone numbers jus 8n case Emergency. I have a clean License Never got a ticket or even an accident God Bless Me And I'm 52yrs old. I tried using my Disability award letter that I Jus got in the mail recently for 2024. I had to login my PWC Account cuz they needed proof of my residency ok fine but was not able to rent he said he had to give me a SUV couldn't give me the truck becuz I used My Chime Bank Card. And I thought Chime was legit I get my Direct Deposit on Chime. So I had all the money's they wanted which was $580.00 My License with nothing on my driving record My PWC I Had My Award Letter but he said the Manager said if I don't have a Credit Card that I couldn't rent then the worker Anthony gone tell me I should go to U-Haul and rent from them. I was like wow and just left. I would not refer nobody to them and to top it off They were taking forever with me wasted my time sitting there had to wait a good 15 20 mins jus to be seen. When I came in I seen the guy and I Said Anthony Yu Anthony I have a reservation to pick up a rental mind Yu he wasn't talking with nobody but still had to wait to be taken cared of by some Yung Lady that omg I had to talk cuz I don't think she knew what she was doing on that damn computer. I was getting a little tight but I held my head cuz I thought I was gone leave there driving a rental But didn't Since I don't have a ride my ride couldn't take me no where else and brought me Str8 home. SMH Today is Monday And I hope I could find someone to help me. I'm not from out here I'm from NYC and really don't know many people my family all in NYC So Thanx For Nothing ENTERPRISE I SO REGRET GOING AND WAISTING MY PRECIOUS TIME FOR NOTHING. IM JUS GLAD I'M NOT THE WAY I USE TO BE. GBM I wish I could put no stars AnywayZ here's a Thumbs Down For being so slow and not letting me get a rental cuz I didn't have a Credit Card Thank Yu For a Terrible Experience SMH

Enterprise helped me when I needed a car fast. Speaking of fast, I got to drive a fast Dodge Challenger. Fun!When turning the Challenger in, Kieve was very helpful, polite, generous, and informative.Thank you, Enterprise and Kieve!

Would rate 0 if possible! Was told I could walk home that they didn't care I needed to find a ride first. Contacted corporate who then proceeded to tell me they investigated it. Then told me that was not said but refused to tell me what was "supposedly" was said.

Go to a different location. This location has a manager that was a male that was INCREDIBLY RUDE to me and my 65 year-old mother. I came in having a reservation from months prior already set. My rental was being handled by an employee when he decided to interject himself into the situation. I've rented several cars from this location over the years and I don't know if he thought he knew me but he started talkin to me ver condescendingly and rude. Stating that I "should know these rules" when he lied about one rule. I simply was asking questions about some extra charges to get clarity and he stated he wasn't going to give me the rental after having a reservation for months which incredibly inconvenienced me on my vacation.

My rental appt. Is at 8:00 then why don't they open their doors at 7:45 to allow the paperwork in on process and why wasn't the car already cleaned prior to pick up. The whole point of an appointment pick up is so that you can fulfill other obligations! I ordered a car here last year to visit my daughter and they were not ready for us when we showed up at 7:45. 8:00am. Here we go again. The people here are robots!

I had a great experience renting a car for a week with the team in this location they were pending on anything, the place and cars were clean and the personnel is really nice. Kieve Brown helped us and was pending on everything. Highly recommended.

The folks here absolutely killed it for us. They bent over backwards to get us what we needed for for a big group trip. We planned this out about a month or so ago and they were able to get us 9 plus mini vans for my units trip to DC. The customer service was beyond awesome and they worked quickly to get us all out and on the road as we had a tight schedule to keep. If and when we need a rental again, we'll be coming back here. Keep up the great work y'all.

Great 30 plus day experience while I waited on my truck to get fixed. Had to swap vehicles due to maintenance of the rentals but was a seamless transition. The staff was top notch and very pleasant. Jordan Carr was a great help as well as the GM!

Absolutely the worst service I've received from any company ever.The manager was rude, refused me service due to an issue with the reservation. She did not elaborate on what the issue was, only that she would not rent me a vehicle. She also implied in an overt and condescending manner that I could not afford the vehicle. A vehicle that was not what I reserved, but what they had available.The manager was aware that I was renting the vehicle as a means to commute to work, but she seemed more concerned with continuing ongoing side conversations with her employees rather than helping the customer.I've filed a complaint with Enterprise, and have since rented a vehicle from a competitor.

Had a last-minute emergency where I need it to get a rental and take off and they were very accommodating in assistant me. Especially fallon was very kind and understanding to my situation and needs and make sure we were well taken care of. I'll definitely be back for my next rental!

Great in person service, need work in the over the phone and online department explaining the details of the process so you don't get blindsided by extra fees when you go to pick up your rental.

Made a reservation a month and a half in advance. The day prior received a call to confirm that I still required rental and I confirmed this. Just to show up and be told they do not have my requested vehicle. Now if I was told well in advance I could have sought out other rental agencies. But this has left my family and I in a bit of situation for traveling. What is the point of a reservation now a days. I was given no explanation as to how this could of have happened. This I has put a bad impression onto to me for future engagements with this company. I called back and I forget the gentleman's name but he told me the phone call I should of received should of said they could not fulfill my reservation. But that was not the call I received. Just a horrible experience. Happy holidays to us I guess
