I had no problem receiving my order. Delivery was much quicker than expected. Didn't really need customer service.

I ordered the book of common prayer as a gift in April 2023. I cannot get a response on the status at all. My credit card was billed for this purchase.

I paid $106 for an episcopal book of common prayer on February 5th. It is now March 27th and I have not had any indication that the company plans to fulfil my order. I have left several messages asking them to call me back and/or let me know when the order would be fulfilled. So far, I have yet to hear back from the company.
