Staff is friendly and good frozen ice cream

As of very recently the frozen yogurt has been given in very low portions and measured out and they are starting to charge more, and the staff has become rude to defend it. If you have been coming here for a long time don’t expect things to be the same. My 12oz bowl wasnt even filled to the top of the cup. You will see that they used to not squander portions. People in line behind me were also unsatisfied because someone spoke up and said “where is the rest of the ice cream?” Hopefully they fix this because a lot of people have become displeased at the portion changes. Serving less and charging more = bad business.

The attendants have amazing customer service! Super patient as we moved to the side to decide what we'd like. The ice cream is some of the best soft serve we've ever had! A variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. Reasonably priced as well! 😋
