I'm having issues getting scheduled with my primary and needed some lab work done. I get it you don't do lab work. But the NEW chick that always says she's new when she answers is just the rudest woman ever. She's younger and it's obvious she doesn't like her job. She makes me never want to come back in to be seen. You guys should do better when hiring someone that has 0 customer service skills.

My service was fast. I stopped to make an appointment on a Friday at 1130am but upon my arrival staff informed me my wait would only be 30-45min if I wanted to be seen immediately. That had never happened before but they were prompt and fast. I was seen, diagnosed, prescribed meds, and checked out all in 45min. I commend the staff for working to get me in and out.

I have been sitting here an hour past my appointment time. The lady at the front counter doesn't care at all. My suggestion to you is to drive the hour to Raleigh you'll get seen faster. Definitely better customer service.

Everyone at Fastmed Urgent Care was professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. From the moment the receptionist greeted me, I knew I had come to the right place. I am happy to have find a place where I can come if the need arises.

It is absolutely amazing how much the staff at this location truly cares about its patients. 3 people running this place and still keep the flow going. Such great ladies, personalities and all around great care. Keep up the good work ladies, you all deserve a raise for all that you put up with!

Worst experience! The lady working was rude and lacked customer service skills. I have a Master's in Health Administration and worked in healthcare admin for 14 years. I came in with my 10 yo who hurt her knee. I waited in line and she asked "how can I help you?" (which is correct) I explained the situation regarding the knee pain. She rudely shakes her head as if I was interrupting her and just says "name". I gave the name and she just says "we not taking walk-ins. Appointment only."She offered no reasoning and no explanation. It's urgent care. Never knew they weren't taking walk-ins and if that's the case start or end with an apology. She needs customer service training ASAP!

everything was great, the staff were nice and professional. the only thing i didn’t like was the wait times, i had to wait an hour after my appointment time to be seen, so it wasn’t very pleasant. but i’d definitely come back in the future if need be. thank you guys!

What a awesome team PSA Morgan, MA Kim, and NP Lindsay was awesome to me and my son on 5/9/23 as walk-in patients the care, the service and the compassion was all there we were seen at a great pace that out ways the ER! Wait time! I definitely recommend this place and these team of ladies! awesome way to represent fast med! Ladies! You ladies definitely made my experience great! thank you guys sooo much! ❤️

While, we generally have a good experience, today was a bit different. We were "warned" that there was only one provider & that they were new. We had a 6:45 appointment time & was seen shortly after 8. The front staff was all new to us (we were here just 3 weeks ago). Two had their head scarves on. Additionally, they felt it was OK to talk to a patient about why he had no insurance and his "symptoms" in the waiting area. Additionally, one of the staff talked with a patient about her "social" choices in the waiting room..in front of a minor. It is still considerably better than the alternatives.

I took my 8 year old daughter today (5-4/23) and we walked in at 734. Two of the young women working behind the desk laid eyes on us and knew we were there….no one else was in the waiting room. I filled out the potent card with all info. Finally at 7:47 one lady walked out and asked if she could help me. I told her I felt my daughter had strep and needed her to be seen. She informed me they couldn’t take patients after 745. I made sure she knew I wasn’t d*** and that they intentionally didn’t address us until she could use the “we don’t see patients after 745” excuse so that they could lock the door at 8. You shouldn’t be advertised as open until 8 if you aren’t in fact open until 8. I’m a Market Leader for a large bank in the area. What do you think a customers reaction would be if they came in at 450 and were told we don’t cash checks after 430? This was poor customer service and more so medical attention on your part. The girl knew it didn’t set well and honestly, she should be reprimanded. There’s not one place in that entire office that states you do not take patients after a certain time. Please don’t call yourselves medical providers, a medical professional doesn’t turn down a patient in need. We won’t be going back.

The wait times for "walk-in" drug screens are awful. 1st visit- quoted 2 hour wait & asked toReturn later in the afternoon. 2nd visit- 50 min. Wait. There should be an expedited process for walk-in drug screenings which took 10Minutes. I would not recommend this location & I've asked my employer not to send me to this location again.

This is literally the best urgent care experience that I’ve ever had service was swift and the staff was great! Most of all the nurse practitioner on hand really took the time to listen to me. She didn’t make me second-guess myself, or treat me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. She was very helpful and helped me to start feeling better immediately. We all know how hard it is to find providers that actually take the time to listen to their patients and for that I am grateful.

One of the best urgent cares in our area. Staff is always polite and professional. Rarely spend more than 40 minutes waiting without an appointment. Less than 30 minutes with an appointment. Providers listen to my concerns and treat me accordingly. My husband and mother come here as well. Thank you for providing my family with great care when we have urgent needs.

Went in for a problem in my left ear, turns out there was a bunch of fluid stuck inside and after telling them I didn't have allergies I was given Allergie relief medicine to take and was told by a nurse that if it didn't work that they would write a referral for me to see an ENT specialist. Unsurprisingly the medication did not help and when I called to ask for a referral I was told I couldn't get one because I was seen through urgentcare and didn't have a primary care doctor. Long story short I completely wasted my time going there to be seen after a 10 hour shift just to receive medicine that didn't work and be lied to.
