Had the mattress I wanted and bought it. However, they called the day of delivery and stated mattress was damaged. When I called in they totally acted as if my inconvenience was not their problem. When I went to request a refund they had an "oh well" attitude and did nothing to keep my business. Won't go back.

First off, we like the electric reclining sofa we bought from them in Dec 2019. From what I remember, the buying experience, delivery, and setup were great. The reason for the one-star review are the issues we are now having with getting someone at the store to send someone to look into an issue we are having with one of the footrests not working. I called and left a message at the store this past Monday morning with what was going on and with my contact information. I hadn't received a call back by Tuesday morning, so I found a different number to text for support and sent the information about the issue then. Still nothing on Tuesday evening, so I called the store and spoke to an associate who was nice and said I should hear from someone to schedule a time to come out by Friday evening. My girlfriend, in the meantime, received a call Wednesday evening when I wasn't available saying the sofa isn't covered under warranty anymore but they will contact us with options on what could be done once they talk to someone. As of now, we haven't heard anything more, and I am beyond frustrated! It should not take this much effort or time to start the process of getting someone out to look at our sofa, and according to the little documentation we have, there is a 5 year limited warranty on reclining mechanisms. Because of this issue, I will not buy anything else from them and suggest that you think twice before you do.

Shopped around several months for a couch and found the beautiful lindyn fog sectional at Ashley furniture but the price was a bit high. Did some Google shopping for this collection and stumbled upon Fayetteville furniture gallery. We decided to go in person and the staff were very helpful and polite as well as not pushy. We got the couch we really wanted for a great price that was less than Ashley’s price. The only thing I could say was the delivery drivers arrived 2 hours past their 2 hour window but once they got here they were very helpful and polite. Will return whenever we need more furniture pieces.

I bought furniture from here almost a year ago. I love my furniture and the price of the furniture I choose washes cheap to boot! Now I’m finding that the furniture is stain resistant so I’m very disappointed with that because it cost a lot of money, but will call the store! Now onthe other hand I would give a 5 star but very disappointed in the customer service I got from the sales person! I wanted other items and discussed with the person who never got back with me on the item I wanted and I was not satisfied with the service! Over all nice furniture!

AMAZING, wonderful, hospitable, friendly, caring, understanding, excellent communication, active listeners- all things and more that can be used to describe Martin & Mayra. From the moment we walked in, we felt the difference between this store VS the other big box stores in the area. It was comfortable, welcoming, was clean, and the customer service started immediately and didn’t stop. Coming to a store with 4 kids can always be a challenge but Martin assured us they were fine, even welcomed their piano playing. We loved that we were able to look around as we pleased but if we had a question Martin was right there whenever we called him over. We had previously went to another store and felt so pressured, the salesperson gave us no space to shop. Martin knew exactly when to enter and exit the conversations. The knowledge of product Mayra and Martin held was unmatched. Do yourself a favor, don’t shop anywhere else. We loved everything we picked out and the delivery guys were incredible, punctual, very neat, quick and efficient. I couldn’t imagine doing business elsewhere. We are truly so pleased with how this went. Multiple store visits and they welcomed us warmly each time, worked out delivery around our vacation and really gave us peace of mind with our decision. Thank you again Martin & Mayra we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to future purchases.

Amazing service! amazing customer care!Amazing quality! Very personable and friendly! Went far above and beyond our expectations! Under-promised and over-delivered!!! They said upgront before purchase my full delivery of my livingroom set probably wouldn't be completed until January and I was ok with that but they made it happen with in 2 days! Totally made my Christmas!!! These guys are amazing!

Mayra and Martin were amazing. By far the most helpful and knowledgeable employees I’ve ever encountered. They truly went out of their way to make our experience the best we’ve ever had. We’re coming home with our dream couch and bed for such a great price. Truly thankful for them!
