I specifically called after the driver didn't show up according to the time scheduled. The representative I spoke to said he would have the driver call me when he was enroute so I left to pick up my medication. When I got back, the package had been delivered. Really pissed

Gone before and staff was helpful. Today made up BS why they couldn't make a copy for me. I can make copies or print at home the point of coming into the store is to receive help or PAYING staff to do it for me. Went over to staples they helped no problem.

Very helpful staff to help with fitting & box size recommendations plus anyway to help save money. So far it's my 2nd resort to the local post office closing earlier in the day.
I use to choose UPS before FedEx but the shipping prices I have got at UPS we're absolutely ridiculous exceeding nearly what the motorcycle parts we're worth. Hopefully shipping more parts today will go just as good.
Ask any questions, they will definitely answer & assist so you save some money & receive a reasonable shipping quote.

Didn't like what happened today, carried a package in to be shipped, she scanned the QR code , printed off label, took the package set it on table in back laid the printed label on top of it..Told me she would get it later, them people owe me money off that return, I told her that ,she said I'll get it..If anything happens I'm coming straight to you fedex Morganton Rd, I realize it was busy but I did wait in line, hard to trust anyone these days......5-30-25....

I had an issue with a delivery and not being available to sign for the pkg until the driver ended up taking the box to the FEDEX hub out in Raeford. Asst Mgr “Dee” and her crew were ALL trying to track the package down with multiple calls and researching the tracking numbers. They went way beyond what Customer Service is and I am want their supervisors and the store owner to know that the employees of this location are there for the Customer!!! Thank you! I had a wonderful experience here last Wednesday afternoon printing my daughter’s birthday party invitations. After getting quoted 2-3 business days at Staples I was panicking because I wanted them to go out before the weekend. When I explained my dilemma the staff was SOO friendly and promised to get it out right away despite already being super busy. I placed my order at 2:30 and they were ready for pick up at 5:30! And they looked AMAZING. Highly recommend!!
