FedEx Ground is a distribution warehouse that is not open to the public. The staff are described as nice, helpful, and pleasant, providing good customer service when retrieving packages. Packages may sometimes be lost for weeks, but staff work to find and hold them until pickup. Customers should park in the employer lot and wait at the door, as there is no walk-in customer service. Security measures are in place, though some feel the gate security could be improved. Overall, interactions with staff are positive and packages are delivered or retrieved without issues.
This fedex has the most unprofessional fratenization and favortism going on I know of at least two managers dating two upper management dating unload manager is sleeping with all the males and Mr. Keith doesn't know anything this is why his sematics are down

This is the worst place to deliver packages and customer service is the worst that I've ever seen in my life and I am 50 years old and so I know that FedEx is really the worst that I've ever seen in my entire life UPS is a whole lot better

This is the worst way to ship in the world! Economy packaged was received on 1/14 by Fed ex and still no delivery and everytime you call can't speak to anyone! Horrible service and customer service!!!
