We have our own underground tank and have used Farrell gas since the 80's and have never had a problem. We call when we are a 10 percent to give them time to schedule us in so we don't run out. Great service and great price. Never had any issues. Also told that other companies have employees rate competitors to make them look bad.

The filling of the tank was done satisfactorily. I could not get the pilot lit and requested to have someone come out. It's been over 2 months, and I am still waiting to the point of hiring a different company.

When you pay for your gas it shouldn’t take a week to get it ?it doesn’t take a week to collect the money ? y’all need to do better..7-10 days come on now we have been with y’all for years ..y’all are gonna lose valuable customers like this ..I really don’t understand do better people ?but customer service was ok with me the lady was nice..it’s just that dam delivery window they have it’s to long of a wait paid last Wednesday still waiting a week later..smh

I don’t know who y’all have answering the phone but the lady I talked to was so rude. I tried to explain to her that I wasn’t informed about being charged a rental and she was just so nonchalant about it. She didn’t bother to show any empathy she was very rude about it. If it wasn’t for the department of social services paying for my next delivery I wouldn’t even bother with the services. The last time I had my services delivered it took so long because they were behind.

It has been a while since I ordered my last refill. I requested it online and the delivery was completed within three working days. I was quite satisfied with this service. My tank is currently at 41% so I will be requesting a refill soon.

Since my husband and I purchased our forever home a couple years ago we have been serviced by Ferrell Gas. The lower half of our home is heated via a large tank located on the property which was here when we arrived.The first couple times we received gas the experiences were pleasant. Customer service was friendly over the phone and in person. We were notified of our service day & window of time. We were contacted when the service truck was enroute and arrived. The service representatives communicated with us so we were aware of how the process worked and what to look out for ourselves.The last couple of times (December 2020 & February 2021) the customer service couldn’t have been worse! We are so disappointed we’re considering changing companies. The phone representative(s) was extremely condescending and rude. I honestly think it was the same woman both times that I spoke to; she acted like speaking to me was a waste of her time and was extremely short and unhelpful. We weren’t notified when the service truck was coming, much less on it’s way or EVEN WHEN IT WAS HERE ON OUR PROPERTY!!We have a right to know when someone is here on our property. We choose to be here whenever we get service from any company because that is what makes us feel safe, secure and informed! I only knew that someone had been by both time because my dogs alerted me to it and I happened to see someone walking in front of a window (one his way out!) today. I have specifically asked to be told when someone is here. That should not be a courtesy I have to request! We are very upset and I would like for management to be aware of the significant slide in customer service- before you lose more customers!

Prepaid for gas over a week ago. Said they would deliver it by Monday the following week. They showed up and didn't fill my tank...no gas and almost empty... I called and the lady told me the driver said there was a dog in the yard so he left... without calling or ringing the doorbell to see if anyone was home. My daughter was home with my dog (inside the house) which is where my dog was barking from. So the driver heard my dog, and decided not to call or ring the doorbell and leave... and I had to call them after I check my tank when I get home! Poor service.

Be cautious when setting up service with Ferrellgas - They do not provide all account set up details and options when establishing an account -They will run your credit check (HARD CREDIT) without providing you with the information they are doing so. Had I known a hard credit check was going to occur I would have simply asked for a military waiver form or asked if there was a pay upfront option, The set up fee is very minute there is no reason for a credit check- Set up is less than $50 and to fill is minimal as well,. As we all know it takes more time and effort for the waiver than the $50 is worth. I was not provided accurate information by the business of what my SSN would be used nor additional options. I had contacted the home office to express my concern that general statues of limitations for credit checking is not properly being completed by this particular location - the representative in the Credit department (Who was very defensive and curt) She is the one that advised me of the pay up front option which was not provided by the representative who was establishing the account - The credit rep advised me to send an email to a specific person, requesting that they contact Trans Union and remove it from my credit but then provided the remark of "I doubt that this will be approved but you can go ahead" - I have since filled a BBB complaint and will continue to press the issue of having the hard inquiry on my report until it is removed - Its not about the small points I will loose on my report (My credit is just fine - even the representative who ran the credit called me back and advised that "My credit is cleared and I'm approved) Its the principle that laws are not being followed. If account reps aren't establishing accounts the proper way, Why would I trust that the service reps are going to properly inspect my tank and fireplace correctly. Bad way to do business. There is plenty of competition in the area and I will be looking for a different provider.

Ferrell Gas has a seamlessly smooth new customer process. I want to especially thank Tina Cotton for working so hard to make sure we got our tanks filled in a timely fashion. I look forward to be a lifelong customer. Thanks again Tina you really went above beyond for us and explain every step along the way. My wife is very appreciative or your hard work and service.
