I had an appt that was set for a two hour time. It took almost 3 hours for an alignment and tire rotation with an already paid for warranty program.

I went to Firestone on Ramsey St in Fayetteville, PLEASE take my advice, dont go there, they quote you one price, then raise it more. PLUS, they are charging you to use their tools, which thats their job, is to be a mechanic.
