Food Lion is a grocery store with a lot of different stations and selections that are unparalleled. Some find it a little pricey but note prices seem very reasonable, especially when you sign up to get the best discounts. The store is easy to follow. The staff are super friendly, thorough, patient, and caring, often going above and beyond to help, even while restocking. Services include a meat market, a to-go option, and curbside pickup for groceries, which many find easier and more convenient. There is also a new store with more interesting easy items. Some customers do not like the self checkout and will not use it. Many say it is great and will be their shopping go-to.
If you are Argentinian or or Uruguayan, go there to buy sausages, blood sausage and meat. At least at the fayetteville store they have good options.

This place has a lot of different stations for you to get your services done. I got a friend some gift cards and their prices seem very reasonable. She said she likes getting her manicure and pedicure done here.
