Love love this food lion. I order groceries online with the app and I am very satisfied. The employees go way above and beyond!! They text you updates, send pictures with substitutions just excellent customer service. The pick up is easy smooth and so friendly. I can not say enough good things about this store. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

Tried to find some deals. I wish there was more shelf space here, favorite things dissapear and are not restocked. Sale price for V8 energy was not honored.

I've shopped at this Food Lion many times and also a few times for pickup orders.The shoppers are always nice and communicate while they're pulling my order.Produce was fresh. The meat case was full. My orders were completed ahead of the scheduled time.I've only had one negative experience.....I checked in and waited at least 20 minutes for my order to be brought out to my car. That's really not acceptable when you expect customers to select a pickup time and then keep them waiting the entire length of the chosen time frame!

I have always shopped with Food Lion, but on Easter weekend I stopped for Food Lion's soda and was shocked to see they had raised their price by .29 a 2 liter bottle and they stupidity of the sign hanging was, "Oh saving for 4 for 1.25 each." This is not saving, this is more money in their pocket at the customers expense!

I was threatened by one of food lion (5555 Waldos Beach Fayetteville NC 28306) employees in November, I am just posting now because I gave HQ Food Lion customer service a chance to respond. However, no response to my follow up emails for what happened when customer service contacted Waldos Beach Food Lion. The situation started when I did not get a receipt and I asked one of the employees for assistance. He could not get the receipt to print. I asked for a manager just in case I needed to return something. An employee who I was told was named Neva (not sure of spelling) came out and told me she could get the receipt. She went into office, came out and asked how much did order total, went back in office but could not find get receipt. She then asked what items I bought; I told her. She still could not get receipt. This went back and forth for about 10 minutes. I then asked her how much longer, because I needed to leave. She then got upset and harshly told me it will take as long as it takes, and she would not put a time limit. As I was explaining to her why I was concerned about receipt, and it has already been over 10 minutes. She just cut me off and told me goodbye in a nasty sarcastic way. I then asked to speak to a manager. She then began to curse me and told me I did not know who I was F***ing with. I was shocked and upset. I pulled off my mask and prepared for an attack and she then pointed her finger in my face and told me don't move. Another employee came over to calm her down. Neva then said she would get a manager and I started to walk with her and then she told me not to go walking with her and curse me again. I told her I could walk if I wanted to. Another employee came over to speak with me, and I told her how the employee was so aggressive and threatening. When I asked, she identified herself as assistance store manager named Tammy, she said she would speak to Neva. I have gone to that store since it first opened and never had a problem until today. I truly felt threatened by the food lion employee. I contacted customer service, and I received email that said they had contacted that food lion, but I have not heard anything else. I sent a follow-up email and still have not heard anything. I do not feel safe going to fool lion and will not go back until this issue is resolve. With today’s environment with angry employees, you would think Food Lion would take this seriously. But apparently, they do not.
