sorriest f21 i’ve ever been too. anytime I come here the dressing room is always closed, store associates act like they hate their job and etc. do they get paid to just stand there? cause that’s what it’s giving. no customer service whatsoever and how do they expect to sell anything when the dressing room is closed 24/7 lol… and apparently it’s favoritism when it comes to trying on, let a lady go in but told me no just sad

Absolutely terrible. I have been to dozens of Forever 21's across the country over the years, so I would say my expectations for the store are fairly balanced. There must have been at least 6-10 employees putzing around the store and not a single one approached me asking if they could help me or even smiling/saying hello. I have worked in customer service and understand "faking it" can be exhausting, but these employees all wore scowls, brushed past me with out saying excuse me and were completely unapproachable. Of course, they were all to happy to be loud and obnoxious amongst their fellow employees. Not only that, but the store was FILTHY. Dust, debris and dirt everywhere (I was constantly sneezing) and the disorganization of clothes and accessories was out of this world. I will never go back.

The store is big, clean and they always have good discounts. The employees are very kind!

Recently moved to the area. Went to Forever 21 and I will not be returning. Unorganized and when I asked one of the staff for help finding something she had an attitude pointed to the area which was cluttered and walked off.
