I'd put a zero star if it was a option.... trying to buy my God daughter some clothes and no employee could be found anywhere.... tried to get into the fitting room so she could try on clothes for a HR .....DO BETTER GABES

I liked this store. Went with hubs so kinda hard to shop. But I enjoyed seeing what they have and I may get to come back again.

I’ve been in customer service my whole life so I know this was wrong and I brought it to the manager’s attention, Kona, who told me and I quote “nothing would be done about it” so i responded with “why, bc that’s how it is now these days?” She said “yes sometimes”. Her associate Mina or Nina I can’t rem her name exactly, saw me standing in line and opened a register and helped the man behind me when i told her I was next in line, she seen I was next in line. She opened the register up bc there was a long line and myself and other customers had been waiting for a while with only one register open, I wasn’t trying to be difficult but i did expect more from the manager, at the very least the recognition that I was skipped and it was wrong even after the employee knew I was next or maybe the same respect I showed to them bc I wasn’t rude, I just politely told the manager I was skipped and that her employee knew she skipped me. I then explained to her that I have management experience and I didn’t agree that this “was just the way it is” bc it wouldn’t of happened had this been good customer service. This is the reason people can’t go out and have a nice day. This is the reason so many people are unsatisfied with their experiences at these establishments bc even the people in charge have no basic decency or need to re read the handbook Kona u r older and should be ashamed, it’s your job to set an example for your employees but you failed today but I guess there’s something ugly inside u that made u treat me this way so I forgive u and I’ll go home and pray for u. I enjoy this store so I’ll be back and let’s hope your attitude is better next time. I’d like to add that the woman who helped me was very nice and made me feel better about the situation. I didn’t catch her name but on my receipt her employee num is 23293 thank u for just simply acknowledging me and being a pleasant person to interact with

My first experience was great. However, this visit was awful. Not one associate greeted the customers. One of the male workers had a very nasty attitude about shopping cart. As if I were an inconvenience because I wanted a cart. And to top it off one of the lady cashiers was talking about customers. Will not be returning.

I love that they have some cute stuff for cheaper but they really need to hire more professional people , the staff is usually rude , the store is a mess there's no point in having size sections when everything is just everywhere. They won't get rid of anything if it has a hole or stain just clearance it .

They must have new management because I don't remember this store being in such disarray! Every section was terrible with clothes, shoes, rugs, etc all over the floor; more things were on the floor than the shelves! It was such a disaster, I couldn't remember what I went in there looking for, so I just left! PLEASE CLEAN UP THIS STORE!

I’m assuming people in Fayetteville have never been trained on professionalism. People and behavior i encounter here honestly doesn’t surprise me anymore. Small town small minded people.Was overcharged because they are to busy gossiping.The workers are so miserable they entertain themselves with others without looking in the mirror .Won’t be back until they change staffing in this location.People fail to realize customer service is key to having returning customers.

The workers are so ratchet especially the chubby one with the glasses and the Hispanic who sounds like a guy. Seems they have nothing better to do besides stand by the register and discuss customers, when they need to be organized the racks with tons of clothes bunched together to where you can not find anything without dropping stuff on the floor. The other lady with the glasses who looks slow overcharged me on Gatorade ticket said $3.99 yet she rung me up for $6.99 didn't notice I got home so I just left it alone. All because she was to busy gossiping with the chubby one with the glasses. Seems the worse people always have the most to say smh won't be back.

They would be really good they need workers really bad tho they are really good so if they got more workers and they are really cheap that pretty cool otherwise they are good but i wouldnt mostly pefer
