Vehicle is “fixed” in a timely manner. However, panels replaced began to start falling off, adhesive was peeling and running boards with new lights, We’re not LEDs to match the other side and old ones instead were halogen. mirror on the side that was hit still has scratch marks on its side. Lady at the front desk with the self inflicted cut marks on the left forearm was rude and had an attitude. I was told they couldn’t get my color aftermarket wheels in stock to fix so they would order all four wheels that were aftermarket as replacements in black instead of original color. Only to find out after Check was cut that they can’t order aftermarket wheels and we have to stock. Now currently waiting on a refund for parts and services that were not done correctly to my vehicle as well as another time for them to fix the problems they did not solve. In addition never looked into the awful sounds my vehicle still makes after the accident and never tried to fix.Only reason for two stars, the two gentlemen I worked with were nice and tried to help however one would not communicate with the other about what was going on and I would have to fill them in every or every other time..

I give this facility 0 stars, I dropped my truck off 3 weeks ago, a week later I dropped off the first check from the insurance company and was told my vehicle was in the disassembly process when I could clearly see it in the side lot untouched. A week later I called for a status update at 930 am and was told let me check and I will call you back. At 1:30 I called back and was informed my vehicle had been transferred to someone new and he was finishing my supplement and he would call me back within the hour. At 4 pm I called again and was finally given an update on my vehicle and was told it would be completed by today. I left work early today and arrived to pick up up my vehicle. It was not until then that I was informed that parts were on back order and my vehicle is not ready. I was then told that it is not their fault and it was my insurance companys fault even though I was told by them it would be complete. The entire staff is rude, did not verify they have the correct information and does not care about customer service, if I had known that It would be this horrible of an experience I would have went with another shop. The only reason Ipicked tis particular shop is because they told me they could start on my vehicle 3 weeks ago. My rental vehicle is due back in a week and I have no estimate of when my vehicle will be ready. Through my years in the customer service industry, it is imperitive to keep your customer informed and they clearly don't do that. When I showed up today, they guninformed me that they have not even begun to put me vehicle together . If the hood is off my vehicle and it rains this can cause more Damage that I really don't want to deal with as they have moved my vehicle back outside.Service: Body & Trim
