Poor communication. When requested status of vehicle representatives chose not to provide accurate description of activities being perform on vehicle. At no time did the reps attempt to set appropriate customer expectations with truthful status updates. I don’t plan on taking my business their again and will share experience with anyone who asks about them.

Horrible!!! Let's start off with i made an appointment on a Tuesday 8:30 and I told them what the problem was. They didn't look at my truck until Mid day Wednesday. Ok they said they could do tge work...nope didn't have a press...70.00more I paid for them to take it to another shop. ...longer story ...got my truck back that Friday at 4pm. Spoke with Manager Ms Matos..horrible!! Never again!!!

Fantastic! Wonderful! Stanley service advisor was friendly, patient, and attentive. I am crossing country FL to PA, they understood and urgently attended to my concerns. Within minutes, vehicle was diagnosed and on its way to repair. Less than 2 hours parts ordered, arrived, installed, and tested. No appointment i was an early morning walk in. Best auto repair service center i have been too nationwide. Ty Stanley and Team.

I had the transmission fluid changed, and an AC line replaced. The estimate was high, but they had the vehicle, and I needed it done, and inflation…The bill was about $70 more than the estimate without any explanation. I asked why, but the cashier simply pointed at the total and repeated what I was to pay. As though I was stupid. After all, there it is in black an white!I understand you need to mark up parts, but $21 per Qt of transmission fluid? What is your bulk cost? +/- $7. That is some mark up.When I asked what the $40 “Shop Supplies” was for, I was told, “I guess it is for supplies that they use in the shop.” I really appreciated that.I was asked if I wanted to see a manager, but no I did not, nor do I now. I just will not return. I used Tri-City, (the former owner) for years. Very fair, very communicative, very good work. If they exceeded their estimate, I got a call, and an explanation. Sorry to see them go.On the positive, the work was done quickly, and seems like they did what they said they did.

These guys are the best. Had my truck serviced there, and they went through it thoroughly. They even let me bring in my own part to save money and return my old part without having to ask. They even texted a few days later to make sure everything was fine. They even warned me that my battery was on its "last leg," and sure enough, about three weeks later, my battery died. Highly recommend this place.

I had very pleasant experience at Harrell’s Tire & Auto Service. We got 2 flat tires on the way back home on I-95, so we came to them to change tires. It took around an hour for them to bring new tires from warehouse to the shop and change them. 100% Recommend this shopServices: Tires

I was very satisfied with the service Tracy provided me , He was very customer friendly and very knowledgeable about my concerns on my car , He explained everything that was going on with my car and gave me very good knowledge about my repairs that are needed. 0 Stars..Terrible experience. They tried to charge me a parts restocking fee of 1460. They contacted me on Friday around 12 advising that it would be almost 9000 to fix the air in my 15 passenger vehicle. I advised them that I would give them a call back. After not being able to find anyone else at the time I call them back a couple of hours prior to closing to advise them to go ahead and proceed. Tried calling them on Saturday in which they were closed on Sat, Sun and Memorial Day to tell them that I did not want to go forward. I left messages and emailed Stanley letting him know as well. Tuesday morning I received a call saying that the parts were there and that there was a 1460 parts restocking fee. Really??There is nothing there stating that nor did I sign anything. Bottom line they tried to take advantage of me due to me being a female. (Wrong female)I had to put matters in another hand in which it was taken care of. My attorney was going to be next. My initial diagnostic was suppose to be 154 which is on my paperwork. I ended up paying 348.18 in total which they changed the diagnostic fee.. Had a bad feeling when I walked into the place. Should have turned around and walked out. Stanley Smith is a crook.

I entrusted my vehicle to your care, I now have A/C, following a second visit to your business because of a cooling problem.Tracy your service representative assisted in replacing a few panels which were not returned to their original positions by the mechanic. I was also disappointed to see trash particles left under the floor mats, the use of auto detailing was much required, after all, my car was clean when I bought it into your business.Zenora McDonaldService: A/C installation & repair

I called asked about rotating tires on 3500 Chevrolet . They set me up an appointment.When I got there sales counter guy didn’t think dually rims would fit from front to backGuy came from inside shop assured counter guy they were sameWaited 40 minutes- was told they couldn’t swap tires from front to back“ because steer tires put on drive axel would cause it to tear the differential out of truck “ - WTHIf they said we don’t normally do thisOr we don’t recommend thisUnderstood - but this was ridiculousLolThey made me put 1 starWouldn’t accept my comment with 0 stars
