Stay away from this location, the people in the counter are extremely rude and unprofessional. Online customer service sent me to this location to exchange my rental because it had 1% oil life and I was driving to Florida. However this location said they are Hertz franchise and will not honor the corporate exchanges. Great job Hertz/ Thrifty for not taking care of the customers and giving them cars that have only 5% oil life left on them.

I've dealt with Hertz for years at various locations around the US and Europe, and I appreciate their service. The Fayetteville Airport location is okay, but very difficult to contact by phone during business hours. That makes it very frustrating when my travel plans change, which happens occasionally. At least have the answering service activated.

I arrived at almost midnight late Sunday night and my reservation wasn’t honored as they had no cars. The next day I was told to come back at 4:30pm and they guaranteed me a car; arrived and no car available. After some time two cars finally come available for my coworker and I. I asked numerous time since Sunday night for a supervisor to call me and today is Saturday morning and no call. I’ve called several times no answer. This morning I return the car with no agent present and the drop off box taped shut with no further instructions or where to leave the key. (My flight was 0630am) It also wasn’t told to me where at the time of rental. This Hertz is horrible.Update: management still never called me back 11/2/23

I made a reservation then I called after 24 hrs to make sure of my reservation they told me we couldn't guarantee the vehicle I want because they told me because I was making it on the day of but I told them I made the reservation a couple of days ago then they charge me $100 for cancelation never again and I'm a gold customer they need to make sure they needed a 0 ratings

It took over an hour and half to receive the rental. The lady at the desk always said we were next this last several hours. People behind us in line got there rental almost immediately and we couldn't get ours until they've been closed for over 30 mins. Highly don't recommend.

I would think twice about ordering for them. They are independent for the Hertz customer service so getting in contact with them is very difficult and is a painful process.

Small airport, one associate covers 3 companies- Hertz, Dollar and Thrifty so the wait was long and slow. The return was much quicker. Car was clean and in good condition.

Very unprofessional. I have never gotten sent to another business line to deal with transactions.No one was at the hertz counter and another customer alerted me they were lining everyone up at the rental business counter 2 counters down. Then when I mentioned I was just trying to return my rental the lady that works for hertz gave me attitude about it when I finally seen the key drop and just dropped my key instead of dealing with the long line of multiple businesses together.

I spoke with Cindy in 6/7 to confirm that I would be able to pick up my rental car when my flight arrived after midnight on 6/9, yet they were closed and I was left stranded at the airport. I was lied too!!!! Now I have to wait until they open this morning and get my rental vehicle. Extremely inconvenient!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Agent at counter was great. Prepaid for my rental online, get to counter and magically my card is not the card on file. I show the agent the charge against my card and he tells me to call and update the card in file.... After 35 minutes of the phone agent repeatedly talking over me, he hangs up because I kept asking for a supervisor. Call back and 20 minutes later I still have to give them another card....three days later they charge my initial card again! $2100 for a $700 rental. Dispute opened with my cardholder. Do better Hertz!

GSP Transportation INC is the owning business, looks like they are cutting corners and we are paying for it.I rented a car back in August, and just got a bill from them today for the Tolls I passed. I'm happy to pay but why wait 5 months after your business received the bill to contact me.Even worse, they send it like a debt collection letter, when this is the first notice I had that this existed!Only crooks behave this way.And my only option to pay is check or money order? What legitimate multi state business opererates like this. I'm going to mail you money. In 2023.I know our options are limited these days but avoid any shell business this company is operating, like Hertz.

Absolutely awful, arrived on an 11pm flight was told they needed to bring cars up, now been waiting for over 1.5hrs. This is not acceptable to have reservations and not have vehicles ready to complete them.

I seen previous reviews and was so skeptical in renting from Hertz, but I am the type of person that need to see myself. We needed a vehicle from 12/30/22-1/02/23. I was speaking/working with karie. She’s the supervisor there, and she gave me a great experience. She educated me on how their service works, provided all details rather my husband and I was using a debit or credit card (we ended up using a credit card). She just all around was great. Karie kept a positive attitude the whole time, very patient with me since this was my first time, plus pervious reviews against them, and her just being a great all around person for this company. We got the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. It was very nice, spacious, very clean, the vehicle did have a full tank. I had no issues with the vehicle, no damages, my family and I was very safe. We had the vehicle back a hour or two before our scheduled drop off. Everything was back to how we got it, clean, full tank, no damages etc. The customer service agent there at drop off was Johnathan, he made the drop off great and smooth. My husband let him know where we put the vehicle at, gave Johnathan the keys, we got our receipt and that was it. He was very positive, had a positive attitude! Because of them we will be renting from Hertz again.Again I’ve seen the reviews against them, not sure if they were all legitimate complaints. My personal experience was great and they definitely deserve these 5 stars!

Don’t rent from here!!! They stole our money!!!!!! We booked with points(which they took as well as stealing $760 in addition to taking the points). We should have only been charged not even $100 for taxes according to the paperwork online when we booked. Car smelled like someone had been hotboxing weed in it for a weeks if not months. There are burn marks in center near gear shift and on the seat. The panel by the back window is torn off exposing car frame. Can’t get a hold of anyone to get car switched out. No one was working there when I picked it up! Someone from a different rental company handed me the key and packet info. I’ve bought smoke killer sprays out of my own pocket and it still won’t get rid of the scent.*update- They finally gave us some of our money back but not all that they owe us. Date: 08/18/2022Rental ended 08/04/2022.
