“My Son is taking Electrician Apprentice trade at FTCC and was given a list of tools that we needed to purchase. I was so lost walking into Lowes until I walked into Jonathan in the tools department. I explained our needs and without hesitation he was willing to help. He took me through the entire list not only hand picking each and every tool with me but also explaining the benefits of a good warranty as well as helping me save money by explaining that some tools are 2 in 1. He also got us signed up for Mvp and premium status and a great line of credit. The knowledge and passion he had was impeccable and he is the standard of what it means to go above and beyond for the customer. As I have shopped Lowes in the past for other items never ever has anyone ever executed that type of customer service.
